When you think about it, Chopper's dream can never be achieved, to become the ultimate medicine that can cure all sickness has too much underlining depth to it: How to define sickness? What about new types of sickness being encountered due to discovery and mutations? How about mental sickness? If depression counts then what about just "sadness" in general? We know that hell and souls exist, and Zoro's real foundation was his promise with a dead girl, shouldn't he also challenge people like Ryuma? What about the future? New generations will try to dethrone him just as he will with Mihawk, should his dream ever end? Sanji's dream was to find the all blue, but why? Because it presumably has all the ingredients in the world, but that is just one world (and only regarding ocean based ingredients), we knew there are civilizations out there in the universe, so when will he find the All-Blue of the universe (Toriko's path)? Nami, a map of the world, or a map of the universe/time/space. Usopp, brave man, brave enough for the final frontier? Franky, why would he stop with a ship that circumvent the planet, how about a space adventure? Robin, history has no end. Brook's music should be heard through the universe/ages. Jimbe will not stand idlily by when racial/ideological conflicts persist within his sight... But here is the real answer (as far as I can tell), their dreams will never end, but they don't have to be the ones to complete them on their own, because of the inherited will, mankind as a whole will live on with those dreams into infinity and beyond. Tashigi fell off but this is just yall misunderstanding the point of Kuina and Tashigi's characters. From the start in Loguetown her dream was framed as being ridiculous. Tashigi wasnt shafted. She was NEVER set up to reach her dream. The whole point of her and Smoker's character arcs is to understand that Pirates aren't inherently evil and Marines aren't all good. She has been watching Zoro's care for his swords and honor and will realize that the meito blades don't need to be saved. Kuina didn't kill herself, thats just a lie made from the fandom. She died in such mundane way to show the fragility of life despite her strength. This is why Zoro is fighting death so often, from Nothing Happened in Thriller Bark to just recently with the Grimm Reaper in Wano. It's meant to show Zoro struggling against the fact that no matter how strong you are, death comes for everyone.

We never saw her dying, and come on "Stairs" is nothing compared to things people die in OnePiece to.
