Acabo de ver esto y casi lloro con el pavé. Impresionante todo, la edición, el trabajo… Cuando ves a alguien hacer algo así te invade un sentimiento de humildad inabarcable. Ojalá cada día pudiéramos sentirnos así.

have you ever tried to make such a ring and manipulate a $62k worth diamond, make every others diamonds fit right and work on it for days ? the guy who filmed this did great, but that kind of masterwork is something else for sure

11:17 i was worried about the diamond scratches when he cut that, but i rembember only glass scratches at level 6 with deeper grooves at level 7. And diamond can only be scratched by another diamond.

And you are one?
@girlnextdoor07034 жыл бұрын
@@jeffkirchberg No where close to his league. Moved from a hobby silversmithing to casting and creating settings during the lockdown. The relief of a perfect fit is universal, especially since even a fraction of a millimeter error can mean your stone just won't seat. But I could work everyday and not have his skill. That's artistic talent you can't really learn.

I thought he gasped over the sound of it setting. When those stones "pop' in they often sound like they break. This one did for sure. I thought it most definitely cracked in the upper left, but N O P E! What a master! I gasped at his beauty and my jealousy over his amazing studio. I have a shelf in my garage. Heh.

Lol. I doubt that. It's more like relief after it was in there. Anyone who actually works with their hands knows the relief of finally finishing a critical step that could be costly if you mess up.
