Personally, I don't like seated leg curls, because your biceps femoris get crushed against the pad while you're working them. I also like to work the hams modifying the machine starting with emphasis on stretching and then on shortening. Regarding to leg extensions, I also like to play with hip elevation, putting a pad on the seat then removing the pad, you get a really good work. You're so smart and brilliant, it's a really pleasure to watch your videos.

Can you do a video on how the mechanism actually works on Strive Medical? Is it a cam or something else?

Two adjustable counterweights rotate with a circular cam. The counterweights adjust on a single axis: one goes from -X:X, and the second goes from -Y:Y. You maintain a certain ratio between the counterweights to determine where the resistance curve peaks in the 4 quadrants. The further you move the counterweights away from the origin, the greater the magnitude of the peak resistance.
