Remember to activate the translation of the language of your country. It is very simple :

Chocolate Cloud easy to make and with few ingredients: An airy mousse without gelatin, without butter and without cream with only 2 ingredients.
Ingredients for 7 to 8 people (18 to 20 cm mold):
For the Génoise:
- 40 g of flour
- 20 g of cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 50 g of Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 Teaspoon of baking soda
For the Mousse:
- 5 egg whites
- 180 g of Dark Chocolate
- 1 Pinch of Salt and 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
For the Chocolate Icing:
- 90 g of whole cream
- 60 g of dark chocolate
Decoration according to your wishes, here I decorated with a little chocolate vermicelli, praline, Maltesers.
