You will feel better throughout the entire day, I can guarantee you. All these videos inspire me to be great, challenge myself, and to have fun with working out. There's a video from a couple of years back somewhere of Brian Shaw going for the WR in some distance on a row machine. He made the machine jump. I've never seen anybody row with that much power. I'm sure Hafþór could do the same if he put his mind to it, but he clearly didn't go all out here.
