As someone who subscribed at the start of Orchid Bay, a series going back and 'modernising' old builds would be a great way to familiarise people like myself with this builds

Snowfall builds are lovely with stark whites and muted shades...but, oddly enough, they REALLY shine when the sun sets. nighttime views of Noveria are dazzling in their pops of colour.

I was not expecting this, but am not upset about it! Noveria is a lovely city and the new mountain village is a welcome addition. As a native to Wisconsin, I've been to Chicago many times and we get snow every year, so this city feels/looks like home to me. Noveria's downtown is excellent. I really like the road network there.

I love this build, it beautiful! A few side notes of someone who spent lots of times in winter tourist places: With Snowfall DLC it is so strange that the leafy trees aren't bare in the midst of winter. And I would have loved a public transportation exchange into Noveria Main Station and Airport at the bottom of the village, as well as a bus connection between hotels and the ski slope close by, as this is really common in mountainous touristy ski villages. There are a lot of hotels in the village for the fact that no or very few people operating these - are living there, or close by (who never in a hundred years would be caught dead using public transport, that's for tourists and kids).

What an absolute treat to be back in Noveria, where my CS heart belongs. Stellar build Egg, the Mountain Village assets are built for snowfall maps! I wonder how difficult it would be to get a cheeky high altitude train line up to top of the village? I feel like that could serve tourists very well.

Truly fits in like it was made for this and not after. Really reminds me of here. We live between two ski resorts in a valley. In the winter, when winters use to be true winters, it looks so much like it!! Really enjoyed watching you build and detail it 🤩

Noveria, let's go! I'm using this very map for my current city, and man is the pack just made for it (though I've not bought it yet, I'll wait till it is like 50% off). What an excellent addition to the game. Regarding your question, it's about to be a year since I started it and I have over 25 tiles open, though I've only built in about 18 of them. And I did find quite the visual glitch that occurs in snowfall maps regarding the pedestrian roads.

I've been working on a snowfall build for years and the Mountain Village stuff is just perfect for it. Kind of overlaps with the Coastal CCP though. Pairs nicely with the European Suburbia style -- the buildings are bigger, obviously, but they look like they share a similar sense of design.

Finished my bay of rivers map finally 🙌 so seeing this convinced me to go to one of the snowmaps. Unfortunately on console is difficult to reach the good moutain areas on those maps, however, I'm pretty good with the terrain tool so i might make my own😅lets goooo

My first full city on console was Snowfall... and then kept going back to it with each new DLC. Being on console I just ran out of space to build in the end. Crazy stuff with the slopes... The new Mountain Village stuff really suits the Ski Village vibe. Maybe need a new Noveria Tourist Board poster...

I did one snow build and used Noveria as inspiration like the farm etc, but got burnt out around 45k pop. The all white took its toll me.
