I worked at a movie theater for one summer. It was horrible. They legit told us that we had to “suggest upsizing” because it was only, and I quote “a dollar more” as it sounds like a good deal. Never mind the fact that the food is already more expensive than theme park food. A bunch of people didn’t even care or half-assed the upselling, myself included.

I saw the FNaF movie on opening night, and the cameos and credits were something that just couldn’t be replicated, from the crowd going wild at MatPat’s big cameo AND catchphrase, to Cory in the cab (Twice), and everyone singing along to the credits. I’m gonna remember that one forever!

Dude, where I live my AMC theater charges all but your soul for fucking fun size snacks. But here's the catch, next to the theater is a Dollar Tree, where you can get KING SIZE ANYTHING FOR ONLY $1.75. So yeah, we be stopping at Dollar tree before we enter the theater. And can we all just remember how crazy people were about spoilers, especially when Endgame came out? People were really grabbing each other's throats for spoiling Endgame for them, myself included. Never could forgive that little shit for telling me the plot...

Thought the cinema tells you not to use your phone due to the worry of piracy and recording of the movie. My cinema apparently has sensors that can detect phones, but maybe that's just a scare tactic. Also some cinemas don't care if you bring in snacks, especially the chains, I brought in snacks from the local Tescos and they didn't bat an eye

One time when I was 11, I got a ticket for Ice Age 3 for its next showing five minutes before the movie ended but didn't know since my dad was the one that payed for my ticket while he bought 2 separate tickets for whatever movie him and my brother decided to see that when I got into the theater by myself, I got to the ending scene and the credits started to roll so I sat there wondering why the credits were rolling and while everyone started to leave I stayed as the lights went back on and an employee came in to clean the theater and this was the first time I ever stayed until after the credits and I explained to the person cleaning the theater that I'm here for the next showing and told me to come back after their finished cleaning and so either went back in after they were done or whichever theater was showing the showing I had the ticket for and saw the movie in there. That's not all I had 3-D glasses so when the previews started, I remember seeing the trailer to Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs the part in the trailer where the meatball is flying on the screen literally felt like a meatball was being thrown my way and even crazier, halfway through Ice Age 3, the screen went off but luckily it turned back on again and I was able to finish the rest of the movie.
