Attorney here! Since it’s a class action lawsuit, it can get much bigger. With these lawsuits, there’s a specified window of time where people can join - even after the lawsuit is filed. It’s typically a pretty long period of time (months). So, the window is probably still open - which allows any former contestants to join. Plus, the NDAs cant’t stop contestants from joining the lawsuit. NDAs don’t cover illegal activity - and, even if there are things that contestants can’t talk about publicly, they can still disclose that information to the court. There’s one potential exception. MrBeast was offering people $1000 after the games - in exchange for agreeing not to sue him (which is always suspicious). If they took that “deal,” then they probably can’t join the lawsuit. Bad eating habits developed as a kid are INSANELY hard to break as an adult. I was almost 300lbs because my addiction to sugar that developed in childhood went out of control. I thankfully was able to lose 130lbs and am down to a normal weight for the first time in adulthood, but I still struggle with sugar. If Mr Beast cared about kids at all he'd be making something significantly healthier with nearly zero sugar. All he cares about is his bank account.
