Attorney here! Since it’s a class action lawsuit, it can get much bigger. With these lawsuits, there’s a specified window of time where people can join - even after the lawsuit is filed. Plus, the NDAs cant’t stop contestants from joining the lawsuit. Bad eating habits developed as a kid are INSANELY hard to break as an adult. I was almost 300lbs because my addiction to sugar that developed in childhood went out of control.
