I've been fighting a viral sinus infection since Christmas and so I took this just before bed and about every 5 hours when I woke up. Sinuses were so clear throughout the night that I could breath through my nose. I suffer from consistent congestion due to candida issues and this may become a game-changer. Thyme is a great seasoning. It's amazing fresh on salads, or dried added to soups and any meat dishes. When I am fighting a bug I add it to my green tea, with honey and lemon. I planted a ton of it in my garden this year and it quickly became my favorite fragrant herb.

Jennifer C: He does not make it clear whether people should just chew to release the oils and then spit out the Thyme or to swallow it all after chewing. Since you can sprinkle Thyme on salads and soups, I assume it's ok to swallow after chewing it as Dr. Mandell instructs. Yes?
@jenniferc4083 Жыл бұрын
@@qso3566 Thyme is safe to eat as long as you are not allergic to it. It is a great seasoning for soups, & sauces. Add it with some butter to your steak just as it finishes cooking or throw it into a pot of spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce (it's part of most Italian seasoning blends). I've added it to tea to steep before drinking. I've also added it to pizza/bread dough when making them from scratch, and it adds a great flavor and smells amazing while baking.
