A soft reboot would be fine, but he described it wouldn't really be that. He described a hard week that just happens to have implied shared story elements, which is pretty much true for any adaptation. There's no point in making it like the old Netflix continuity if it isn't the Netflix continuity.

It pains me to see that fans with a fraction of the budget of these big studios can come up with more creative and faithful ideas. You did great, man! The only problem I might be able to give is that your version of Multiverse of Madness is pretty crowded and I think it could work if it was split into two different movies. Strange, Nightmare and Chavez in a Doctor Strange 2, with Wanda, Wiccan, Speed, Mephisto and Magneto in a Scarlet Witch film. I'd love to see what you cook up for Phases 5 and 6 as well as what you'd do with a Cosmic-led Saga.

The only major issues I have with this is that 1: Loki should stay a show, as it would be difficult to get even more development than we did in only 2-3 hours. 2: How would the Illuminati know about the events of Loki? None of them were in the TVA, and it just doesn't make sense that they discovered the multiverse as soon as it was reopened.

I mostly agree with your rewrite, the only problem i had with phase five is the fact that they instantly went to the multiverse thing and did not wait till another phase to introduce some characters, what we got are scattered projects and introduction of all avengers replacements (ie young avengers lineup). I honestly think that the MCU should have stick with the ground level threats like the Kingpin or something, maybe series or movies showcasing how earth is during the blip; then they could have shifted to cosmic level threats, maybe with phase 5 or 6 only hinting at the multiverse. Introducing the multiverse this early, for me really made the street level threats insignificant and unimportant since there are greater threats to deal with.

It would've been fine had it been Marvel's last saga to go all out for us fans one last time, but that would never happen since all that matters is the money. Secret Wars should've been the last thing on Marvel's mind. But since all they care about is having another cash grab, their only priority was having a film bigger than Endgame. Now we have people intentionally watching post-credit scenes of these movies because there's so much disinterest towards these films. That's heartbreaking, to be honest This is so good! My Phase 4: Man Out of Time: A movie (or Disney+ show) showing how Steve returned the Infinity Stones. Red Skull would be the villain. The movie (or show) would end with Steve reuniting with Peggy. Black Widow: The movie would pick up right where we left Natasha…dead on Vormur. Because she’s a sacrifice the Soul Stone gives her the chance to see her whole life (life literally flashing before eyes). We see her grow up in the Red Room, we see her and Clint in Budapest and we see her after Civil War. We still introduce Yeleana. Replace Task Master with Iron Maiden. The movie ends with Natasha making peace with her life and going into the afterlife. Wandavision: The show would remain mainly the same. Aron Taylor Johnson would return as fake-Pietro. I would have it be revealed that Hayward’s family is in the Hex and that’s why he wants to kill Wanda. Captain America Legacy: This would be The Falcon and the Winter Soldier except it’s a movie. Zemo, Sharon Carter and John Walker’s stories stay the same. The villains would be The Children of Thanos an international terrorist organisation who believe Thanos was right. They commit numerous acts of terrorism in the same vein as what Thanos did. Sam and Bucky’s story stay the same. Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings: Stays the same. Loki: It’s Loki Season 1 but it’s a movie. Hawkeye: It’s stays the same except it’s a movie. I would include the deleted scenes. Spider Man No Way Home: I would include the Court Scenes. I would have Mysterio revealed to be alive and join the villains in the finale. Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special: Stays the same. Werewolf by Night: Stays the same. Moon Knight: It’s now a movie. Jake Lockley is in it from the beginning. I would include a resolution to Mark and Layla’s story. What If…? Season 1: I would replace the Party Thor episode with What if Thor went for the head? Fury: This would be a six episode Disney+ show that would be similar to the Secret Invasion show. Gravik, Varra, Sonya and G’iah would still be introduced. Talos and Maria Hill don’t die. Abigail Brand would be introduced here. The show would end with Gravik creating the Super Skrulls. Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness: The Movie would remain mainly the same. Wanda would want America’s powers so she can find a universe where Vision, Billy and Tommy are alive. Wanda is being manipulated by Chthon (the writer of the Dark Hold) who wants to take America’s powers for himself. Strange, Wanda and America defeat Athon. Ioan Gruffudd would be the alternate Mr. Fantastic here. Wanda doesn’t die but instead leaves to search for White Vision. Avengers Secret Invasion: Sam Wilson Captain America, Shang Chi, War Machine, Captain Marvel, Yeleana, Professor Hulk and Moon Knight will be the New Avengers. Nick Fury and the cast from his show return here. Rodie is revealed to be a Skrull named Gl’urt who took Rodie’s place after he died in Civil War (yes Rodie has been dead since Civil War). Gl’urt was originally supposed to spy on the Avengers eventually grew attached to them. Gl’urt joins the Avengers. Maria Hill is revealed to be a Skrull named Verank. The real Maria Hill has been dead for years and we never knew the real Maria Hill it was always Verank. Talos and Gl’urt are killed. The Avengers stop Gravik and Verank. The Skrulls get their own safe haven on Earth. Fantastic Four: We see the Fantastic Four’s origin story. The main villain would be a variant of Kang the Conqueror. Dr. Doom in post credit scene.

Kang the Conqueror was done dirty, fr. 1. Michael Shannon should’ve played him because he just looks way more menacing and can play a villain like General Zod pretty well 2. Jonathan Majors fits better as someone like Luke Cage. 3. We NEEDED way more backstory on his character in Loki and Quantumania with flashbacks and scenes of him killing Avenger variants and conquering universes.

The actor who plays Kang NEEDS to have a large actingRANGE, he needs to be able to play different types of roles. My version of Phase 4: - WandaVision (series) - The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (series) - Loki (series) - Black Widow - Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings - Eternals - Hawkeye (series) - Spider-Man: No Way Home - Ms. Marvel (series) - Doctor Strange In the Multiverse of Madness - The New Avengers - What If...? (animated series) - Thor: Love and Thunder - Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Notice how I replaced Moon Knight with Ms. Marvel, added The New Avengers, and erased She-Hulk: Attorney At Law off the slate. Since A, Moon Knight matters less compared to Ms. Marvel building up to The New Avengers film. B, we'd have an actual avengers movie to establish our central heroes for the next saga. C, She-Hulk can otherwise be properly introduced in The New Avengers film instead of a cringy comedy series that hardly respects the MCU's reality tonally.

I also think that Phase 4 should have been much smaller scale and not dived straight into the Multiverse. Phase 4 could have been about the heroes, both earth-bound and cosmic, dealing with the fallout of the Blip. Secret Invasion should have been an Avengers team-up event with seeds being sown throughout the entire phase leading to it. That would have neatly set up the arc for Phase 5, Dark Reign.

While i understand the way you're connecting the blip arcs and creating continuity, at every single turn your story choices just end up disempowering every woman from having their story. Wandas encounter with grief suddenly turns into her just being this mephisto puppet in distress. Sharon goes from corrupt megalomaniac to an accessory to one, Black widow is just not a thing and the entire fate of the multiverse is just left to the big bois that really don't face any challenges or moral dillemmas that make them question the virtues of their characters other than encountering other powerful characters.

My way will be a little bit more realistic and will be restricted to both the James gun tweets and Covid still happens. Meaning WandaVision will still be the first phase four project but I would change the ending. Wandavisions ending battle will be more of a psychological battle, Where Wanda have to watch her family die around her over and over again. Until she snaps and says no more. Causing her to either kill Agatha, or she accidentally traps the jealous witch inside her own mind. While Monica witnessed the battle and she decides to let Wanda take Agatha’s book and leave. Where to post credit scene, could show the reveal of the dark hold. Follow by black widow, which I would have added Hawkeye into the movie because of their somewhat shared past. Where the post credit scene can show Hawkeye interacting with Vail as the Ronan. Internals would more of cosmic drama series following the conflicts between the Eternals, deviance, and celestial. Where there post credit scene can showed the Eternals making their way to earth to protected them from future threats. Followed by The falcon and winter soldier movie. Where there’s multiple parties, struggling to rebuild the world, after the blimp. So most of the main plot beats would stay the same but the power brokers would be revealed has a secret governmental group controlling the flag smashers. While in the post credit scene shows Sarah Carter leaving the group. Where phase 4 will end with Spider-Man no way home. Which opens the door to the Multiverse and the post credit scene from that movie would show will the Mystic preparing for upcoming threats along side the eternals. Which this would just sadly be what if stories because no at marvel will ever listen to the fans.

Now that is a saga I can get behind yeah they need to follow the story and how it all happened and how it supposed to work yeah so far they just putting in so much confusion and not falling through with their storylines. How will it all lead? We all know it’s going to lead to avengers dynasty and secret wars, but somehow they need to compel a great story at least with the infinity saga. They follow through with their stories and how it all leads. And how all this happened and how it started.

It would've paid off so much more to see Avengers: Secret Wars after the Fantastic Four and X-Men were set up in the previous sagas. To have each of these teams along with smaller ones like the Young Avengers, Midnight Sons, etc. in one highly anticipated event would've topped Endgame tenfold. Nothing from Marvel feels as exciting as it once used to because of the writing, rushed visual effects, lack of connection but more importantly, there's no reason to care anymore. With the multiverse, anything is possible which means bringing back characters as variants makes their deaths or send offs less meaningful. It would've been fine had it been Marvels last saga to go all out for us fans one last time, but that would never happen since all that matters is the money. Secret Wars should've been the last thing on Marvel's mind. But since all they care about is having another cash grab, their only priority was having a film bigger than Endgame. Now we have people intentionally watching post credit scenes of these movies because there's so much disinterest towards these films. That's heartbreaking to be honest

Let's see Dr. Strange and Wanda deal with the horrors of the incursions and that way it explains the more harsh mentality that Strange has in No Way Home before Spider-Man defies him to save the villains which makes Strange reassess his mindset.

If I were to fix Phase 4: Remove Black Widow, Wandavision, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Hawkeye, Shang - Chi, The Eternals, Thor 4, Black Panter 2 and The Marvels, etc. That just complicates the plot. Go straight with Far away home, No Way Home and Loki series. Loki and Doctor Strange battles Kang in Loki season 2 The MCU resumes with Deadpool 3 and The Fantastic 4.

That Loki season 2 finale bummed me out that Kang the Conqueror in his iconic uniform didn’t battle Loki Prime. There should’ve been a fight and it ends in a draw, THEN Loki takes the mantle as He Who Remains.

What i would do is make it to where loki leads up to the multiverse saga then in the multiverse saga I'd have docotor strange and the multiverse of madness as the furst movie then deadpool 3 then couple movies in between then the 3rd to last movie would be no way home where instead of a failed spell the multiverses start to collapse leading to the characters being sent into their world then after that it's kang dynasty which leads up to secret wars

I just think they should've switched up their projects and done something more original to each filmmaker, as well as limit their Disney + shows. I really wish your version of Phase 4 was what actually happened. But, I think MCU's main issue post-Endgame is the constant "joking" tone. Like these are tragic plot-lines with deep emotions, so why is everything always lighthearted? "Thor: Snub & Blunder" dealt with feelings of betrayal, and revenge, and fear of death from the random cancer side plot; yet all of that was overshadowed by the meme jokes. I vote that the MCU brings back depth and realism.

That’s part of the reason I started the Marvel Beyondverse, which is a series that goes in depth on the pitches in what I would do if I was completely in control of the MCU. I made it my goal to have each movie feel like it’s own thing and not made by a studio with tons of unfunny jokes thrown in. Daredevil: Judgement Day for example, which is my most recent installment in the universe, definitely feels like it’s own thing with its dark and R-Rated tone.
