It sounds like it would be terrifying! But I mean, when you're absolutely panicked and being chased in the dark, you're not really thinking or processing WHERE you are, you're just looking for anywhere or anything that can help or hide you, or trying to find people. I've been chased down before by an abusive ex in one of his (many) rages, and honestly, thinking back I couldn't tell you where exactly I ran through, other than the general neighborhood and streets. it was like having some kind of tunnel vision and I wasn't really processing things like that, I think I was just super focused on where I can go next. If I'd been near one (I wasn't though) I could have ended up running through a graveyard or something and not even gave it a second thought, I was in survival mode. I could be wrong though, it was a really long time ago and my memory of what it was like might just be hazy.

I live in a town with a girl who went missing when she was 17 years old and in highschool in OPP, AL. In the year of August 1996 and her name is KIMBERLY RAMER and no one has seen her since, it’s like she vanished off the face of the earth ! Her story needs to get out there because I know it could get solved with the right people working the case if it could just get enough coverage! Recently they found some evidence only by small town talk I found out about it ! Hear say is a farmer plowed up a tail gate with her blood on it ! But no one has heard anything else about it and it’s been long enough this story MUST GET MORE COVERGAGE ! Eleanor Neale this would be a great case to cover!!!! 💔💔

Please do this case if you’re able, it made changes to Texas laws 🙏 On June 24 1993, in Houston Texas, Elizabeth Pena (16) and Jennifer Ertman (14) were coming back from a friend’s pool party, taking a shortcut through the park to make their curfew. 5 gang members were recruiting a member through fighting the new member. The leader saw Elizabeth thinking it was a man and wanted to jump “him.” When the gang attacked her, she screamed and Jennifer ran back to her. They were then raped for over an hour by all 6. After they were strangled with a belt and their own shoelaces. Their bodies were found decomposed. This case is still very sad and shocking 💔

aheart&an o really horrible case. Three members who were 18 year olds, were sentenced to death and are dead. The other two members were 17 and originally had been sentenced to death, but the law changed saying people who committed crimes when underage can’t be sentenced to death so they were sentenced to life instead, the other member was 14 and received 40 years as he only participated in the rape.

Reasons to keep living: Have you ever woken up with a blast of creativity so intense you run to your paper and spew it on the page? Have you ever had soft warm food then went outside into the cold? Have you enjoyed the rain on your prom night yet? Have you ever eaten something delicious and thought there’s none left but there is? Have you had food from all the countries in your continent made by their locals? Have you found the colour that makes you feel like a billion bucks (which you are) when you wear it? Have you found a cozy soft sweater yet? Have you ever got dressed in clothes still warm from the dryer? Have you ever gotten your hair done, went in the rain and preferred the way it looked while wet? Have you watched all of your favourite youtubers videos? Have you found the piece of art that perfectly describes how you feel right now? Remember it’s ok to be sad, it’s ok to cry, however it is not ok to die. EDIT: S Searcy decided this was ‘a good list of reasons not to abort your baby!’. No. I’m prochoice. Do not use my comment as that. If getting an abortion is the right option for you, than do it. It’s not a baby, in cases of lots of abortions it’s not even a fetus, it’s an embryo. If you’re going to use my comment to spread your prolife BS go away, I’ve created a positive space, and I don’t need you here.

"honestly I don't understand how bond works" in the US justice system most of the time when you're arrested theres a month or so until you see a judge to even see how you proceed. And then if you want to go to jury or something that could take several more months. So they have a system where each crime has a bail amount, though a judge can change it. If you can afford it you can pay the bail and get out and when you go to court you get the bond money back, like collateral. If you can't afford that you can go to a bail bondsman and pay them 10% but they get the money back when you go to court. But you get out of jail until court. being out on bond is when you've bailed out. If you want to know more about bail/bond I strongly suggest the john oliver piece on it here on youtube! the immediate effect of him being caught would be that his bond would be revoked so he would get arrested and not be able to post bond again, he would just have to sit in jail the whole time. I hope you see this and it helps in future videos!
@jasper3706

BOND : when someone posts bond or bail, means to pay the court with either cash or property to ensure thier release from jail or to avoid going to jail. This allows the person to remain free up until the time they are either convicted of thier charges or deemed innocent. However, should thw accused go on the run feom the law or gain new charges, the bond will be revoked and the money forfieted to the courts. If the person does as they should while on bond then once thier case is closed they will recieve a check from the courts in the amount they paid for the bond. Hope this helps.

Hello Eleanor! I would like to ask if you might be interested in covering another crime in a graveyard? Although I usually say cemetery, this young woman in Australia was visiting her Grandmother's grave and a predator was lurking. The young lady is Mersina Halvagis. Her parents were immigrants to Australia from decades before, if I remember correctly. Anyway, her father fought hard to find his daughter's killer. He never gave up his fight for justice for Mersina. I can still picture her graduation photo that was shown often in her honour and to keep her memory alive. RIP Mersina. 🙏👼Mersina's father recently received an Australian Medal of Honour in 2020 for his tireless efforts in helping loved ones on their journey of suffering and coping with the loss of a family member/friend. It's the highest award that can be given to a citizen. Mersina was murdered in 1997.
