I absolutely love all the Star Wars Soundtracks, even for Rogue One. Have you ever noticed or watched the beginning of The Empire Strikes Back with the just soundtrack only and how so many of the opening segments are scored but are never heard?! Especially when Han goes out to rescue Luke and most people don't even know that there is a "Droid Theme"!

Fun little story regarding Empire and its music: In San Francisco, I went to a performance of the SF Symphony playing the music live to a viewing of The Empire Strikes Back. The last note of the whole thing - at the end of credits - is a fp. It's called a fortepiano, where the chord is struck loudly and held, but immediately turns quiet. The chord, in this case, is sustained and then risen in a final crescendo to a triumphant last burst. When the orchestra hit that fp and the volume dropped down, nearly the whole audience, not aware that it wasn't over, broke out in immediate applause while the orchestra was still holding that chord, which lasted for something like ten more seconds. The audience ravenously applauding and covering up the end . . . . god, that was embarrassing. As people were giving standing ovations, many of the orchestra members looked a bit disgusted. They played their asses off that night, and then that. Also, haha, when the credits started rolling and the orchestra was playing their butts off with the end credit music, quite a number of people immediately got up and started leaving as if they were in a movie theater. They just walked out while the orchestra was still playing! Imagine doing that during any other live performance of a piece of orchestral music. San Francisco, come on, I expect a little better of you.

Arguably John Williams greatest work. Which I know is saying a lot. When you think Yoda’s Theme, Imperial March, Han Solo and the Princess as the three big set pieces of the movie “all iconic”, most composers would of killed for one. Not to mention Battle of Hoth, Astroid Chase, Cloud City Theme, and Clash of Lightsabers. You can make the case this is the greatest soundtrack of all time. Honestly if you can close your eyes and listen to this soundtrack play out, you can picture the movie play out on screen. That is genius storytelling.

Yoda music is great but the emotion from the carbonite freezing scene and Leia and Han love theme is up there too

Is it weird that The Imperial March plays when my ex-wife enters the room as well?

New vid coming tomorrow. Unfortunately youtube's horrendous copyright dispute process has prevented me from posting some of my latest!

Great to hear that the series is continuing. Sorry to hear of your issues with KZbin's copyright claims. How is it that other videos get away with it yet you continuously get flagged?

No real rhyme or reason, however in my experience there is a big difference between certain studios. Disney BY FAR is the best to work with. Any Disney film I do is always approved, they even would allow me to monetize it, which I decline. (the original Star Wars films excluded since 20th century fox still owns the rights as of now) Universal seems to be the most difficult, as well as Paramount.
