More than 40000 'MAJOR' temples were bought to ground in mughal period, which weren't just a piece of art but engineering marvel too( just go to south India where there are less burns of invasion, n chkout the ancient temples for an example.......with all due respect to both of u u know nothing about India atleast that's what it shows in reaction .......just chkout the people who have researched on them, there r many in every generation, and don't believe us chkout among westerners only if u wish but don't treat an active army general as a historian as we only have 24 hours a day, n to tell about the oldest surviving civilisation its really not enough, which was done in the case of Aryan invasion theory whose every pillar n I repeat every pillar of the story on which it stood is lying in the ground n the final nail was the DNA study......all this just for an example how history is been written about us, it's not that Britain didn't had historians who were true to their work but made a basis out of all this......all this just because I wish to request an open mind not a conclusion of who we are🙏

Kailash temple is probably older than 8 th century. The series of work there was done over a period of time. Caves have Budhhist, Jain and Hindu iconography. Mt Kailasha is not scaled in modern known history. Mountaineers leave it alone due to tradition and due respect for sentiments too. A few years ago China ( who occupies the ares currently) arranged scaling it but there was quite a noise and it had to cancel. As some other mountaineers said it may not be that difficult to climb over but why hurt someone's religious and cultural traditions just for the sake of it. There are plenty other more challenging mounts there.

@TheB657
@TheB657 3 жыл бұрын
Well put. That timeline coincides from Treta Yuga atleast 'if' we take the 4,32,000 years unit raw as it is. However Dr. Nilesh Oak say 12000 B.C.E (around) as the period of the Ramayana and Mahabharat war happening around 7000 B.C.E. The radioactive vibratory sound patterns collected as data from Kurukshetra do date back but the timeline if taken as such will not comply with the 4,32,000 years hence we must obtain some archaeological proof. However the Western A.I.T and A.M.T have all been disproven. Bharatiya sanskriti extended beyond 10,000 - 11,000 that much has been found from carbon dating of the pots and vessels from the Haryana basin and satellite images of the Saraswati River from Uttarakhand till Gujarat were obtained. Now only to dig deeper along the dried up buried banks of the Sarasvati we might get some evidence. However there is NO DOUBT of our civilization's or other civilization's existence pre 3000 or 4000 B.C.E. The Tamizh Nadu strata would reveal even more ancient samples which puts us way back. The "Aryan" mentioned by Max Mueller and those type of sit at home historians actually referred to the Scythians, Sogdians, Tocharians (Agnivansha people) who had made empires in Northern Bharat post times of Shri Lalitaditya Muktapida, who had once the entire Bactria, Central Asia , Xinjiang and parts of Tibet under his control with capital at Srinagara 🙏 We have a very great and 'long' history which also gives clues to the existence of all the other civilizations on the planet. At the same time that is unfortunate since the archaeological material dating that far is seldom obtained without much beating due to time itself. Unlike burial sites in EU and U.S and mummification in Egypt, we had cremation. Hence no way possible to get DNA samples of bodies too.

@@ashutoshpandey8875 LOl just read about it a bit. Igneous rocks are hard but cracks and fissures resulting in secondary permeability and water can break it. it's a great weathering agent. Basalt is most common and and if you look them up you can find naturally made Basalt columns even. Hexagonal if fully crystalized. Though not always. Point being since it has this tendency you have cracks/joints to work on.

Kailasa temple is all 7 wonders of the world combined 🔥
@TheB657
@TheB657 3 жыл бұрын
I have been there in 2016 after my first Internship at a company which was part of my undergraduate degree. Sri Kailasa Temple is located at Ellora caves in Aurangabad district of India. A wondrous fact is in this range of caves there is a "Jain Section", a "Buddhist Section" and a "Sanatana Dharma" (Hindu) section. This particular deeply carved magnificent temple is found in the centre range or in the 'Hindu' Section, the right and left being flanked by Buddhist and Jain sections respectively. It is said to be the "oldest" structure there ever present after which the merchants and craftsmen who travelled along the busy route from Pataliputra (Bihar) to Vidharba (Vidharb) (a region covering Eastern Maharashtra, Southern Gujarat and Western Madhya Pradesh which was a glorious empire once and very important one as per Bharatiya Itihasa or Epics like the Mahabharata and Ramayana) were enamored by the carving and began carving and contributing via their own skills to represent their own Dharmik Paramparas (Since in India we don't have "religions" we call all as Paramparas of Dharma) be it Jaini, Boudha or Sanatani etc. (Jainism , Buddhism and Hinduism as per modern nomenclature). Hence you will find countless caves at Ellora with different carvings even a Buddhist Stupa which is built very high into a hill top and beautiful and divine Jain shrines too. Wondrous fact is, in the very same district you will also find the Ajanta Caves which is a World Heritage too like this one but is Buddhist and built magnificently along a steep valley. How on earth the Buddhist monks in those times built it is a marvel. If you ever visit Bharat (India) in your lives you must visit these world heritage sites. Unfortunately only the Taj Mahal gains importance whereas the numerous Forts, majestic carvings and beautiful majestic ruins at Hampi, Karnataka for e.g. never gain much popularity. It may be true that the Taj Mahal is what India is identified by but being honest many Indians just consider it an icon or symbol of oppression by Turcko - Mongol rulers since especially according to history and as per Mughal records, the Mughal Islamic King had the hands of the indentured labourers "Chopped" off after constructing the building so they no longer construct any other monument like that. Now whenever I see it , that is the image which comes to my mind unlike these beautiful places where the Buddhists, Jains and Hindus shows a unity of Bharatiya culture and tradition.

The problem is we have taken for granted that we r advanced n there were no machines etc un ancient times. D Hindu wedas n spiritual texts like Ramayana & Mahabharata gives ref to airplanes 100s of times, The question is if they were able to make airplanes that time, y not Cranes? By d way western looters destroyed all our ancient texts n even laughed at the idea of airplanes then.. Mr. Talpade from Pune demonstrated the unmanned airplane in 1897 or so in front of hundreds of famous personalities. An unmanned airplane successfully took off n landed. You can find about it on wikipedia as well. But he found dead in mysterious circumstances & the airplanes are made by write bros. just within 10 -15 yrs after that (their plane crashed by d way)? But still we hv been taught in school that write bros invented it. Do u guys believe that even the idea of flying in air was a joke for British n just in 10-15 yrs they came up with airplane? I mn it should take 30-40 yrs at least to research something n practically make it working if i m not wrong. But the truth was hidden purposely cos else they would hv to admit that India was much advanced when west was in stone age n filling their tummies by hunting animals in jungles. Mr. Talpade when interviewed after the successful demonstration n they asked him how could he do it. He mentioned that it was written in Vaimanshastra (May b i hv mispelled it) n in that grantha it is elaborated that 40-45 types of planes can be made & there are 40+ ways to make each of them.

the reason skill and knowledge are disappeared from India because of the slavery of more than 10 century(1000 years) by Mughal emperor from turkey then additional slavery of 2 century (200 years) by British empire. No wonder the knowledge is lost. There were more temples but during Mughal empire, Muslim kings destroyed the temples all over the India in the name of religion without understanding the affords and the beauty of the architecture , many times what they did was converting a Hindu temple into a mosque, instead of making mosque somewhere else they chose the place where Hindu used worships, they also converted people during that time by spiting in their mouth and I mean literally they used to split inside another persons mouth to make them change their religion but the Hinduism, Jainism , Buddhism was spread across the entire region that they could not completely remove it, Hindu kings also fought back and also had a victory over some of the Mughal emperors but majority ruler were Mughals. #karma then Mughals also suffered the same fate during British empire they also had to become a slave along side with Hindus but this time it was not in the name of religion but for loots and raw material for various things and many more things. infect the caves of Ellora were covered by jungle until accidentally "discovered" and brought to Western attention in 1819 by a colonial British officer Captain John Smith. The Kailasa temple (Cave 16) is the largest of the 34 Buddhist, Jain and Hindu cave temples and monasteries known collectively as the Ellora Caves, ranging for over 2 kilometres (1.5 miles) along the sloping basalt cliff at the site.[

Scientific evidence shows that the physical and behavioral traits shared by all people originated from apelike ancestors and evolved over a period of approximately six million years. One of the earliest defining human traits, bipedalism -- the ability to walk on two legs -- evolved over 4 million years ago. Other important human characteristics -- such as a large and complex brain, the ability to make and use tools, and the capacity for language -- developed more recently. Many advanced traits -- including complex symbolic expression, art, and elaborate cultural diversity -- emerged mainly during the past 100,000 years. The beginnings of agriculture and the rise of the first civilizations occurred within the past 12,000 years. Without agriculture, people were limited to hunting and gathering food to survive. The amount of time that took every day depended on the amount of food readily available growing wild. The remaining time was taken up by making tools like stone knives, axe heads, spear points and arrow heads and shafts, for hunting, protection from animals, and warfare between small groups. This didn't leave much time for math and reading and writing and creating of architecture. Those are the facts we have been able to dig up and prove again and again, so far. Until we can prove that human agriculture is much older, we can't assume any other factors of civilization could have existed, except in the fantasy world of fiction writers of the very recent past.

I have been to this place, and it is a lot more impressive in person - the sad thing is that so many of the scupltures have been damaged, almost every elephant sculpture has its trunk hacked off, by misguided vandals out of either jealousy, bigotry, or believing that they were doing the 'right' thing. To imagine this magnificent man-made edifice as it was at its best, is something.
