School mode really helps her be a bit more of a character especially if you read between the lines. She is kinda like Leon, Sayaka, Rantaro and Twogami but with a way more interesting backstory and actual plot relevance. I havent even mentioned other content in which she appears that help characterise her even more. Also i would argue that there or some other characters that we also don't really 'know' like Celeste, Kokichi and korekiyo because of them hiding their true nature. in general she is just a really fun character to theory craft.

What I don’t understand was why, during the trial, nobody talked about the Monokuma flower, which can eat paper, plastic, and people, and used it to ask why the killer didn’t use it to dispose of a body. I mean, unless the mastermind cuts open the flower after the killer leaves, or another player sees the killer disposing of the body, the players won’t have any evidence to convict the killer. Perhaps the mastermind said “Time’s up!” because she was worried the others would eventually talk about the flower, and suspect her of killing Mukuro?
