Idk about the iron hands but I don't think the admech would as the process of biotransference destroys the soul and the admech think a soulless machine is an abomination, that is assuming they know that... but hey what's one more test servitor?

I can't see a loyalist version of either group doing it as it's seen as xeno tech so it's heretical to even consider it But maybe a chaos SM or dark mechanicum might try if they were desperate enough to get away from the dark gods but even then its unlikely

I think a little of column A and a little of column B. Gor was a conscript Auxilliary who proved himself more intelligent, intuitive and generally capable than his fellows, got promoted to a rank of some authority and then distinguished himself enough in some important battle or action that a nearby (possibly attached) Radical Inquisitor took him into service. This sort of thing happens all the time with Baseline Guardsmen of all ranks, and would explain both Gor's "standard issue but different" equipment AND his bionics. I've got no speculation about how/why he's on Necromunda hunting bounties, though.

I would love it if you could have Abhuman mobs of Beastmen in a Guard army, using the rules from Blackstone Fortress minus the chaos rules and plus lasguns, laspistols, frag grenades, chainswords and flak armour. Stir them up with a Priest and let them go!

This is what I think what happen. As we all know the warp exists out the space and time. It exists everywhere. Tzeentch exists in the warap being the Chaos god of plots, schemes, and change. In Age of Sigmar and Warhammer Fantasy, there was beast men. On top of that, the Chaos gods exist. Those same beast men, have the option to worship Tzeentch. I say Tzeentch plucked Gor Half-Horn from those beast men herds and transported him to Necromunda with fake memories. Yet for all the powers of Tzeentch, there's organization that rivals their power. The Imperial Bureaucracy, and organization that it is resistant to change, it only makes Tzeentch throw up their hands and give up. Wanna know who can handle the Imperial Bureaucracy? Alpha Legion. The Alpha Legion is tasked with creating the new identity for Gor Half-Horn. This allows Gor Half-Horn to become a licensed bounty hunter of renown. Allowing Gor Half-Horn to travel through out Neromunda. Why does Tzeentch do this? Spread chaos? Change Imperial society to recognizance civil rights for ab humans? No, the real reason is for lulz.

If thats possible he served the imperial guard then it's possible there is a regiment of beast men exist but wipe out from official records due to Imperium views on the beast men

Wot I fink: Half-Horn was part of a beastman guard regiment during the great crusade, got flung around in time somehow and ended up working for an inquisitor. He still works for that Inquisitor but is in "semi" retirement.

all of the above! he could be the bastard son of the planetary governor who to avoid horrific scandal secured the young man a officers position in a guard regiment, during a particularly brutal battle most of the regiment was killed and he lost part of his horn, he survived only due to the chaos cultists thinking he was one of them. he played along looking for a way out when he found himself in contact with a deep cover inquisitorial agent who he aided in taking down the cult, he then spent several years in the inquisitors company using his appearance as both a intimidating tactic and a perfect cover for infiltrating chaos cults, during this time he lost his eye and had it replaced, the inquisitor in question by this time had advanced to a rank where he was rarely involved in deep cover work anymore and had limited use for half horn who he helped get the bounty hunting license to keep him busy though he still keeps in touch with his former inquisitor, keeping them appraised of any situations on necromunda that may be of interest to the inquisition. also the inquisitor in question is using genetic evidence of half horns relationships with the governor to apply political pressure.

Baseline humans and Navigators (which are themselves a type of Abhuman) are indeed capable of interbreeding, although the resulting offspring lack the psychic abilities of their Navigator parent.

I mean there's abhumans in necromunda called "ratlings" but they don't really resemble skaven or have any abnormal human features other than being really short. You could create a backstory to bring skaven in using the warp somehow but it'd have to be pretty damn convincing to sell it to other lore whores.
