I had a serious cycling accident in February and passed out due to my injuries. I was awoken around 5 minutes later by a Good Samaritan performing first aid. I have to say it was the best 5 minutes sleep I’ve ever had. I don’t fear death as I had a near death experience and it was beautifully peaceful. My revival and awakening were painful. Six months later I’m still in recovery but making good progress.

@@Xheasor let me try one last time so you will have understanding . When one is a baby in the womb ,the baby has awareness ,psychiatrists would call this the unconscious mind . Fair enough .Then after birth and for a little while after it is the same unconscious mind thats in operation . Now slowly the baby begins to hear the mother talking and in order to grapple with this the baby must learn . This new learning brings forth a new mind and the unconscious mind fades away .lt is the same, you ,of course but now one begins to talk to oneself ,so much so that you have forgotten that you had an unconscios mind at all ,for now your mind is the conscious mind . When you sleep the mind goes back again to what it was the unconscious mind .Thats it . Lets hope that that makes sense . If you see a flaw in this thinking let me know , but bear in mind that this is what they teach to the Oxford graduates and this is how they talk about and differentiate the 2 minds, the unconscious mind and the conscious mind .

Do you believe in the collective unconscious?
@jamesbarryobrien3514
@jamesbarryobrien3514 Жыл бұрын
@@Snatchystashy This is what l believe and know . The Power that sustains Man comes from outside ourself , it strikes us every moment of our lives . This we call Will or lntent or Power or Awareness and it is the consciousness of GOD .This Power is exactly the same Power that is inside ourself ,our consciousness . It can be said that the entire consciousness of Mankind is a unit and does function as a unit but it is also the case that what we may call the collective unconscious is also a unit and can function as a unit . We call the unconscious mind the 2nd attention ,as we call the conscious mind the 1st attention . These are 2 different typesof awareness but it is you who is experiencing both ,i.e. something inside of you is moving from the 1st attention to the 2nd attention .That something is called the Assemblage Point 💚

The same truth lies within beLIEving the concept of having ADHD. Twenty years ago, the term didn't exist, because the man hadn't created it yet. The man who coined the diagnosis has since revealed it was only a made up term. Free yourself. Know that you are created in the image of the creator, perfect.

@@Snatchystashy Awesome. I can say that the more intention you put into it, the more dream-signs that can recognize that reoccur often that you can use to que yourself to become lucid, the more daily affirmations that you "will become lucid if you see_____ in your dreams" or "if I ____ (ex: fly, float down stairways, reappear in elementary school, etc)" the easier it will be to make those experiences exponentially more magical. Good job, keep it up!

@trentp151 I always try to look for those signs in my dreams, but they're usually so hard to find. It's usually the last part of my dream that I start to realize that I can actually control this. I'll lucid dream for like a minute and then wake up. I definitely would like to train my brain to be able to recognize those triggers more often and learn to do it longer.

Trying to go to sleep never works,lying down feel your muscles in your body relax,just lie there,your brain might be working overtime, When this is happening remind your brain you are also relaxing every part of your body, it’s not about going to sleep it’s about relaxing, your mind plays tricks on you and it can’t be trusted all of the time, sometimes you feel like you haven’t had a wink of sleep if your body is relaxed it’s enough strength to get you through the next day however after time and it may take time your mind your brain will follow your relaxed body and then have some peaceful reinvigorating And some sort of reset sleep.

I can't sleep like most people. Sometimes i am awake for 2 or 3 days and not even tired. I sleep when my body just gets exhausted ,and i can tell i am falling asleep. It is like i am still awake up to and sometimes after i fall completely to sleep. When i dream i always know it is a dream and that i am asleep. Always aware of it. Most of the time i can control events in my dreams ,and even stop that dream and go into a different dream. can teleport in dreams. Jump for several miles and land without harm. Been like this since i was a small kid. 5 or 6 years old. 60 years old now. everything is the same when it comes to sleep.

I've got really bad anxiety , PTSD and I have severe panic attacks I regularly get sleep paralysis especially when I fall asleep on my back and even when I'm asleep I know I'm dreaming and feel as though I can never turn off because my fight or flight body system is hyper aware and hyper sensitive. Being asleep and knowing your in rem mode but aware and conscious but cannot wake up is sheer terror and even when u do wake yourself up u know u cannot go straight back to sleep because u will go straight back to rem sleep paralysis. So I know I need to sleep on my sides. Yeah it's a nightmare to be honest.

Sleep, deep sleep is not out of consciousness, it is just consciousness, it is not absence of experience, it is experience of abscence. Interesting video. Pertaining to our being conscious, subconscious & super conscious. When we fall asleep we are in the subconscious & we Design the Dream Sequence : A one minute of 4 dreams lasting 15 seconds per dream. The 3rd_ dream is real & serves many functions, mainly Astral Travel / Astro Projection. The 4th_ dream is absurd to ensure that our conscious will pay attention to it & wake up. Once the Dream Sequence is Designed we wait to initiate it. The delta cycle is the best for healing where the brain cycles 10 1/2 cycles per second is optimum.

Sleep is actually mechanism of body control over your/ mine devine nature. It was created by ego. We need to sleep because world created by our ego is flawed and our body which is mechanism of universe reception is flawed too. We can tire, so we need sleep. World is dream too. So we sleep within sleep actually. Sleep will be removed when we will stop identify with our bodies.

It makes sense. But in the same note something also makes sense to me. - That the world as stored so many historic milestones, or even every day more and more information is stored thanks to technology milestones. - For example, so many eureca moments have been achieved by humanity already. The road of society as been locked in a historic rush hour, crowded and stored forever, as the good also the bad. - From this perspective, even if you believe in reincarnation for example, i guess its hard to really reset to a actually 'Brand new bright day'.
