I have for some time now wrestled with the moral implications of making hajj in this time and decided not to go for moral reasons. Thank you Sheikh. Allah give you health and spread this message far and wide. May we be awakened from our hypnosis and impelled to act according to the moral message of our deen.

The extreme obsession with controlling or suppressing ethno-cultural/regional narratives that deviate from what the conspirators want it to be, in order to create and enforce a certain cognitive bias towards other ethnic and religious groups, is nothing new to Israel or India. Their intelligence agencies of both 'states' collaborate, they seem to borrow from the exact same textbook. Until I read Prof. Nur Masalha's book on the history of Palestine and its people, I too had been convinced (growing up with mainstream western and Indian media) that the peoples resisting Israel were "just invading Arabs", overlooking the basic fact that they made open show of arrogance and pride in supplanting the natives - taking their beautiful homes and olive groves - only to build enormous blocks of apartments for a new wave of para-militarised colonial supplanters from New York, or Berlin, or Moscow. As for India, the BJP government seemed to have known that the "fringe states" (Kashmir, Punjab, Nagaland, Mysoram, etc.), would resist, and careful planned sly and highly-granular religion-/ethnic group-/caste-/class-based sloganeering (based on census records that are *never* released to the public), de-asseting policies were introduced (the so-called "farmer's bill", and sale of forest land in Kashmir where the pastoral natives have dwelled for at least five centuries in a very traditional eco-friendly way). The BJP manufactured false enemies where there were none (Muslims and Pakistanis!), they did this by hiring the best brains graduating from the technical universities, who also happened to be from so-called "upper castes" of the Brahminical states (where ritual caste-based hierarchy has traditionally been 'a thing' since at least the early-medieval 'Puranic' age and is still highly intertwined with politics and hiring). The same group also happen to be the owners/editors of almost all mainstream and academic publications - they are dragged to the forefront to represent almost every ethnic group in India while the natives of the particular state/region are shadow banned (case in point: almost every public discussion of Kashmir in major universities). Investment in propaganda technology was ramped up by BJP donors as early as 2014 - software like Tek Frog emerged, they also acquired Pegasus from Israel. Ironically, the zealot capitalist class who fund anti-Muslim, anti-Islamic, anti-Pakistan propaganda in India (even via multi-million-dollar Bollywood movies), seem to have significant operations in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Malaysia, Indonesia, and perhaps other Muslim countries too. The money trail of these individuals seems to have gone largely unchecked. Across the border, I notice that Pakistani friends are having to suffer through a regime change where the well-known shameless and corrupt Sharif-family have arrived from Mayfair, London, to take over- and the first thing they do is crack down on enormous nation-wide protests and pass laws that abscond themselves and their collaborators from any accountability regarding their finances!
