Warning to people watching this: I made that cilantro sour cream. It is the most delicious thing I think I've ever eaten. If you make it, be prepared to never be able to go back to not cilantro sour cream. Love you guys this is like my favorite vegan channel of all time, you guys are so wonderful and everything I've made of yours it just so next level. But for real that cilantro sour cream is actual crack.

seriously one of my favorite vegan channels! I 100% dig how, no matter how unintentionally, Lauren's usually turn out with less "replacement" meats & cheeses, so you have a recipe that's delicious & doesn't need animal byproduct as is, and then John offers a much more homey version, that people who are first converting would appreciate more because it's like something they would eat anyways. you two are amazing!

*I'm gonna vote for John* on this one. Although personally I wouId swap the ground round for brown lentils (my fave beef substitute). I just feel like the green ones are missing a few key elements (but if added they would win). Eg. can't have nachos with no beans, so keeping with the green add some fava/broad beans. And then add some spice too eg. green chillis. Mmmmm, now i wanna make this updated version. :P :P :P

I vote for Lauren. The freshness that Lauren's nachos have appeals to me more than John's traditional "meat and red cheese" nachos do. But it must be said, I would without hesitation serve John's before I'd serve Lauren's to my meat-eating friends, as traditional nachos can't be beat. But again, my vote goes to Lauren as it's what I'd most want to eat personally. Also a suggestion for another challenge, the vegan lasagna challenge

Can I just say, I am not a vegan but I absolutely love your channel!! There are two reasons: one because the food is actually really good and two, you guys are so friendly and not like some vegans on here that shame/attack non-vegans. I personally like your food when I'm not in the mood for meat or milk (but I cant go completely vegan due to some medical issues), and you guys are so sweet and really do make the vegan community better from what some people here have done to, and I congratulate you for that!
