Having acted outside of the law in resolution 181, the UN need to act swiftly in delivering their court verdicts and admit Palestine as a full member of the UN, regardless of US, UK and Israeli wishes, correcting the balance of power. If gifting Palestine to establish a nation state was to be compensation for the unimaginable horrors inflicted on Jewish people, consider how is it even possible to begin to compensate for the horrors inflicted for over 76 year on the indigenous people of Palestine?

The justification that settler colonialists use to take over buildings , homes , farms intact is that the land historically belonged to them, this the entity on the land belongs to them by way of rent, or land usage. So if the settlement built on designated Palestine land are illegal they ,'by common law' require to be vacated as is and left to the Palestinians as recompensation for their illegal land abuse. Illegal settlements/ real estate on Palestinian land should be used as a recompense to settle the land usage. The UN also in 1948 did not give Palestinians permanence to what the Palestinians possessed before they allocated their lands to the Jews, so why should the illegal settlements, by the same logic have permanence now.
