Just look at these colors! This is the Spinnaker x Islander collaboration on the Dumas model. We've gotten together to design and release 4 exciting colors, in a limited run of 50 pieces each. Once they are gone, they are gone! Each comes with a bonus rubber strap as well.

I bought my Dumba....my Dumas from LIW last year and love it. It's the chunky munky of the collection, for the day when you want some heavy metal. And Marc's sales service was the best, too.

And just out of interest, Marc: I got lucky with the NH35 inside, bizarrely it's one of my most accurate watches at +/- 1sec/day, constistent for over a year. Better than most of the Swiss movements in my box.

Very attractive, particularly the sand dial and the full lume models. I think some potential buyers with 7 inch or less wrists will not pull the trigger because of their size and weight.

I wear watches like these often with a 7 inch wrist and as long as lugs are designed correctly, they are fine for me. If it's balanced, the weight should not be an issue

Geochron's are cool. Being also into amateur radio I know they're important for knowing where the "grey line" is as you tend to get short wave propagation along the edge of day and night 😁 The bright green is the winner for me 👍🏻

I love my Dumas in white (standard version) and it's probably one of the watches I get the most comments about. I did not like the mesh bracelet that came on the original but LOVE the replacement bracelet I got from them (and looks like the one you're including). The sharp reflective edges of the bracelete complement the case perfectly. The only thing better would have been waiting to get the collab edition if I'd known!

Always thought the Dumas is beautifully geometrical - reminds me of TAG 3000 series. Unfortunately, 44mm is much too big. 39mm diameter with a proportionate decrease in thickness plus date will be more appealing.

I love the light blue with matching rubber strap, and the two-tone is absolutely brilliant. I’ve said this before, but as a big guy with big wrists I really appreciate a big watch. Not early 2000’s hip hop big, but something that looks a bit more proportional.

PVD is a process. Physical Vapor Deposition. IP is a PVD process. Man its confusing. Basically, atomize a metal and get it to stick to a stainless steel case. DLC is a PVD process, and the material they are atomizing is carbon, so the deposit is VERY tough. Diamond Like Carbon.

Great looking watch. I have the ISL-80 that has the NH-38 movement. I must admit without the date complication the non-ghost NH-38 movement makes the watch feel like a 1000 bucks. Funny how little things like that elevate your appreciation of LIW and your attention to detail. Next time tell Spinnaker to up their game if they want to still do business with you. : )
