I appreciate your incite Tom. I believe it all boils down to those that believe in absolute right and wrong. Some believe that our rights/morals come from popular vote or the mood at the moment, others believe they come from our Creator and are everlasting and non-negotiable. The man living in the flesh will always be in rebellion to the Creator, for he cannot humble himself enough to realize he has sinned, therefore broken the Creators rules, and therefore is in need of a savior “Jesus Christ” for atonement of his sins. This is accomplished through repentance and Faith in What the Son has done for all of Mankind. So the man living in the flesh is in opposition to the Creator, and through pride denies the Creators existence and rules, therefore goes off thinking he is escaping accountability. Little does this individual know, he is forfeiting the FREE Gift of Eternal Life through Jesus Christ. For this person that cannot except they are guilty of sin lets their own pride separate themselves from the great eternal life in Heaven with the Creator, and therefore chooses Hell for eternity which is the absolute absence of all good, and the wonderful presence of our Awesome Loving Creator and his beloved Mankind that are forgiven through Christ’s Atonement on the Cross.

There is a possibility that the lawyer was doing something she doesn't allow witnesses to do in court. Although they are sworn to tell the whole truth only a part of their knowledge of the circumstances is allowed to come out. But she refused to explain what she knew to be relevant to the question.

Well spotted there with respect to the natural versus the social perspective. You rural folk tend to operate in what already is, whereas the city crowd tends to think of what should be. There is such a thing as a happy medium though. Human beings are indeed animals, but with brains capable of looking beyond. We should not fight evolution! Still, it needs to be managed evolution or chaos will ensue. That is exactly what you have now - CHAOS! Note: Judge Browne did not lie. The legal definition of "woman" is in a state of flux in your country therefore she did not think it wise to come down on either side of an undecided matter.

So the question she was asked was a question on the legal status of a person. But was it asked of her by a person who made the law which defined the status of a person in the USA? If that was the case she should have answered that it was up to the questioner to tell her.
