Yes. Jon Pertwee was the Third Doctor. He also played Worzel Gummidge in the 1970s adaption with the late Una Stubbs as Aunt Sally. Incidentally his cousin was Bill Pertwee, best known as ARP Warden Hodges in Dad's Army.
