If I say it out loud, it would sound discriminate, but this is absolutely a thing: French players almost all of them has a similar problem, they will always move away from confrontation, always seeking a way out, this is especially bad on the talented players, they are good enough to read defense, if they smell a body check from a defender going this way, they will simply not going there, no matter how bad it will disrupt the offense, and defense will pick on that, determine their teams offense for them. Even big name players like rudy gobert boris diaw and tony parker do that , remember early in his career Parker would get yelled by Pop all the time? Because he will just not follow Pop's game tactic, in the middle of a possession start doing weird shit, It takes him almost 5 years to get rid of that habit well not even fully, thank got he's fast smart and crafty, being a top PG at the time "running away" he can still do things, so Pop start designing around his playing styles and that solves things. The bad recent example would be Killian Hayes, dude has all the right talent and his skill level is definitely good, but if you just watch him, you will see the problem I just told you, he will just break plays for no reason like he chickened out, which actually is what happened. Wembanyama is not the only one, but one of very few who does not have that problem.

Based off of the summer league only heres my evaluation of each NBA young players Atlanta: Risacher looks promising, definitely needs some development but could end up being a 6'9 defensive lock who averages a solid 18-24 ppg. Boston: Bailey Schierman was a steal at 30, he can shoot and fits well with the rest of their bench Brooklyn: Noah Clowney looks like he could be solid in the future and Jalen Wilson is a bucket Charlette: Tidjuan Saloun is a little shaky now but showed flashes (especially against the nuggets) that he can be a very good NBA player, my best guess is a ceiling of 6'10 Mikal Bridges Chicago: Matas is already very good on both sides of the floor, he just needs to get his 3ball figured out. He is way more athletic than most people realized Cleveland: Jaylon Tyson shows solid potential, Emoni Bates and Craig Porter Jr both showed they can be solid pieces for a team in the future. Dallas: Omax prosper could be solid In a few years, nothing crazy but a solid 8ppg off the bench Denver: Finally might have some young depth off the bench, in 2 games Julian Strawther averaged 28ppg and Trey Alexander and PJ Hall both look really good for the 2 way contracts their on. In the one game that Daron Holmes II played he looked like he can be the big of the future for the nuggets bench Detroit: Ron Holland looked good, his defense is his strongest suit and that was definitely shown but he also proved that he isn't as bad of a shooter as his ignite stats show. Golden State: I really don't know, they didn't do much but Podz and TJD both looked good. Houston: Reed Sheppard is the second coming of Steve Nash and Cam Whitmore is a bucket. Both will play pivotal roles on Houstons bench this season. Indiana: Jarace Walker should be getting minutes behind Pascal and Nesmith, kid is an amazing defender. LA Clippers: Cam Christie is better than his brother and will be a solid player in a few years. LA lakers: Bronny is getting too much hate, he was the 55th overall pick so no one should have expectations for him. Dalton Knecht is a top 3 shooter in this class. Memphis: in the very limited games he played, Edey showed that he will be a good big man in the NBA, the PNR between him and Ja will be crazy. Scottie pippen Jr needs a contract. Miami: Kelel ware will be a very good bench option behind Bam, Isaiah Stevens may be one of the most underrated PG's in this entire class, averaged 11ppg with 7assists Miluakwae: They didn't really show too much but AJ Johnson looks like he'll be solid in a few years with the right development. Minnesota: Trading up for DIllingham was genius but Terrance Shannon Jr may have been the steal of the draft. New Orleans: Yves Missi is solid, Jordan Hawkins is more of an offball player and thrives without the ball. Maybe not so much being the primary ball handler NY: Pacome Dadiet could be a solid player, I'm not too sure but he looked pretty good. OKC: they didn't showcase anyone that will make their actually roster but next season Topic could be a more athletic Josh Giddey. Orlando: Jett Howard deserves minutes, Anthony Black either should get minutes or get traded, Tristan DaSilva is an amazing rookie. This years Jaime Jaquez Philly: Mccains shooting wasn;'t shown well but he proved he's a lot more than a shooter. He averaged double digits on non three point attempts with good efficiency. Phoenix: Why is David Roddy not getting minutes? he had 16 points and 12 rebounds in 26 minutes as a 6'4 SF and he's an amazing shooter. Ryan Dunn is a lockdown defender at the 2 but needs some development on offense. Portland: Clingan is the best defensive big in this class averged 4.5 blocks per game andhad a double double with 8 blocks Sacremento: Somebody get jordan ford a contract please. Also sucks that Devin Carter is out for the season. San Antonio: Stephon Castle is an amazing fit with wemby, hhe'll be the pg of their future but can also play 1-3 and do well. Toronto: Gradey DIck is an amazing shooter and needs to be given a bigger role next to scottie. Utah: Cody WIlliams, Collier, and Filiposki are all amazing picks by the jazz. Keyonte George is a free throw merchant, and Taylor Hendricks can hoop Washington: Alex Sarr was awful in the SL on offense but was great on defense which is his main strength. He's not good right now but he could be alright in a couple years.
