All star plus 10th or 9th in MVP. We're better than last year's 41-41 team only when he's on the court. His plus/minus is insane, but the eye test also shows he takes us to a top 5 in the west level when he's on the court. Without him were still a 10th - 11th seed team

The Rockets are such a nice surprise and a great antidote for all the haters who keep screaming there is no defence in todays game (Orlando and okc are also fantastic in that regard btw). Besides the great coaching of udoka, another x factor for Sengun is that he gets to go against Steven Adams every practice.

Every year he improves his skill set. At first he had assists which took attention on him. Then he started to score while he got more minutes. But he was soft defender. He was struggling against athletic centers. And this summer it seems that he trained well. Because his physical strength is improved so much. He is stronger, he jumps higher. Even bigger guys can't push him or dominate him. He has great defence this season so far. All he need is improving his shooting abilities. If he can shoot medium range and 3 points better. He will be in all star level fpr long years. And if Rockets will get better shooters or if Rocket youngs start to shoot better Alpi will make triple double almost in all games. For Alpi doube double is a standart. And triple double depends on how well his team mates shoots.

Yes, by havining 13 points and FG %37.5 against OKC. Most of his points are close from the basket by pushing oponnents, but almost no hits from a distance or three point shots .Yes, he is a traditional center but still strugglling to hit even 50% by shooting right next to the basket. His shooting technique , confidence did not increase.

He is a Center with so much asissts and same time PF. He can play there and there. Nobody knows his next step. So much Points/Rebound every Game and good asissts. if Houston had better 3points shooters his Asissts were probably more than 10. But Houstons 3point shooters are very bad. he makes so good positions that they are completely free and can shot clear but they missed from 30 3Point Attempts over 20 3point shots are gonna not in. Why? If houston had only one good 3point shooter , Alpi had yet more than 7-8asissts or maybe 10. he is the nearest Center after Jokic that make can so much Points/Rebounds and Asissts.

Hello, im a Turk and my my eyes on him for a very long time. I can assure you his best ability is his iq. i do not mean flashy assists or hard to see plays but i mean he can figure out what to do to be better. Since he was 16 after every summer he is far beyond than i wish for him. Yeah he got touch he got physics but almost 90 percent of nba players got. his difference is he can figure out how to improve. ofc there are a lot of guy looks a better candidate but i will not surprise if he got an MVP in his career.
