This is why TNT is such a special network. It’s one thing to mention this loss, but it is another to take valuable air time to pay tribute to Ernie’s mom. Very few other networks would do that. You can feel the love among the TNT crew. They are family. It’s no wonder they are the best sports show on TV.

She was 96 years old. I remember when my great grandmother died she was 101 at that time my family never mourned her death instead we thanked everyone for being a part of her long life. I know its weird but instead of being sad we celebrated a life that transcends through time and it actually felt way more fulfilling than if we mourned her death.
