After calling the city 5 times, the neighbors didn't know what to do. Luckily, one of their daughters is a big fan of my videos and saw a post I put out saying I was in the area. They sent me pictures and I immediately came the next day to help.

Spencer, I love the work you do. I can appreciate the difficulty and that you may do it a certain way possibly to increase viewership. But I am firm believer in "work smart not hard". That being said, it really seems to me that making at least one pass with the mower before edging /shoveling would remove a lot of the debris making it easier to do the trim/edging/shoveling. Maybe, try it on the next monster yard. Best wishes.

You need a big magnetic sign for your truck advertising your business and tube channel. It would save you hassle and promote your work. They are pretty cheap to get made since you have your logo design already. Magnetics are great cause they don't mess up the paint and you can remove them when you want to.

Nope…I doubt the neighbors have a big enough mower to cut through the clippings Spencer scatters back over the lawn. They must be 6 inches thick. No little push mower can tackle that. @@kimberlyheckler8453well that’s a tricky situation. Yes banks are supposed to keep their properties clean. But they have excuses and tricks. On something like this they let properties run down because they have lists of slumlords or whatever that they can call and dump properties on to get rid of. Maybe bad neighborhoods or they closed a office in the area so not in their loan zone anymore. I used to work with banks. There’s a side of all this that would make you sick. And that’s also why they make it hard for young people to get loans. A lot of times people get turned down for a loan and has nothing do with their credit.

We had a father/son live two doors down. When the father died, the son couldn’t stay b/c of the memories of his father’s illness and decline in that house. So he left it, never came back to check on it. I’d push through the back gate and rake it each spring and the neighbor on the other side would mow it. Kept it looking like everyone else’s yard, plain but neatly kept. Someone recently bought it at auction, and they’re working on it now. We’ve seen a light trailer filled with junk and the slider is now boarded up, guess a new ones coming. Can’t wait for him to clean up that wretched deck! ☀️

She then made her house into a boarding house, talked trash about me and all the rest of the neighborhood that helped her out, and now piles her garbage in the backyard. Plus, much more I could go on. The advantage we have is that the town comes twice a year and cleans it up and puts it on the tax bill.
