..people are complaining about everything...surprise - water isn't free if you do this yourself either! It will probably be more expensive if you do it yourself. It amuses me that the people you approach who say they have a pressure washer have the dirtiest surfaces. It is great to see you being creative with the job; making a mundane job look like something everyone would enjoy. As others have said, it is wonderfully kind and generous of you to take the time to do these pro bono jobs and to reimburse the homeowner for their water. It is refreshing to know that there are good and caring persons like you sharing in their internal joy!

@@heidiproctor5503 a couple bucks an hour at most. You can look at water prices in your area and the standard flow rates for pressure washers. The $100 he says he gave them might cover their water bill until the summer.

We bought a power washer because after 30 years of building prototypes - I like to keep busy working with my hands. It really is so satisfying to see what you started with and what you ended up with. Did the house - the back deck - back patio - Porch - walkways and the driveway. Except for the house, most had never been done.

Just the cleanup on that front entry way was worth the free!! Now that they see how clean it should be, it may be easier to keep up with it along the way.....things get dirty a little at a time and sometimes, it's hard to realize it since you get used to seeing it as it is, not as it was when new/cleaned. Fun job, SB!

Wonderful transformation. Sure wish I was able to rent some of the wand tips you use - seems to make an amazing difference!! I'm renting machines temporarily until I replace the water pump on my pressure washer. Perhaps it's me - I wouldn't complain about the amount of water used for free labor!! I like to do that too when i cut the grass some customers love it. I love cutting the grass corner to corner & Depending on the shape of the Lawn i did a heart cut looked so nice i did your shape it's makes the job more fun. As long as it looks good. Nice job !
