I’m All for mushrooms their my all time favorite , I’ve been doing it for a little over a year now and I find once a month at the end of the month is perfect just under a 1gram-1.5 I go on my ritual and go for a short hike and write down anything that’s weighing on me in my journal, helps a lot and improves my focus on what is truly important, brads depiction of his intentions are spot on, great pod
