This video illustrates the complex physiological concept of renal clearance through custom-designed animations, graphs, and problem sets. Topics in the video include:
• A comparison of the nephron handling of three different substances: glucose, inulin, and para-aminohippuric acid (PAH)
• The typical urine-plasma (U-P) ratios for these substances at both low and high plasma concentrations

• How to mathematically and graphically represent the relative inulin U-P ratio.
