They got new investment money now and Forma's new focus is on renewing Morphe's identity as a cosmetic company and focus less on influencer brands. Kalyn reach out to jaclyn to let her know that her brand was named KOZE, she responded in the koze Instagram page with the trade mark label video. At that moment it wasn't registered as an official trade mark, i think they needed their first sale or income to make it official. I never followed Jaquelyn that closely but her brands always had such lazy MLM feelings to them. Listening to her pitch her products always felt like I was listening to someone trying to sell me essential oils or wax melts. That being said, her pitching the last of her products at the end of the video seems like the normal course of business for a company that plans to shut down. Jaclyn never messaged Kaylin. She ignored and snubbed her. And made fun of her for not trademarking the name KOZE. She’s trash. Let’s be honest, she’s closing these brands because they’re not doing well. Not because she’s all of a sudden got a conscious and feels bad for stealing KOZE from Kaylin. And string the name Jaclyn Cosmetics from a German cosmetics company. Stealing ideas from other jewelry designers. And she makes sure you know she made this decision on her own. 🙄 And she doesn’t know what will happen with Jaclyn Cosmetics because it’s not her brand. But I think she knows it will close as well. Jaclyn first started ripping off Jackie Riley when she first came into social media. And it all blossomed from there. Lie after lie. Lie after lie after lie. Lie after lie after lie after lie after lie. Her house of cards finally fell and she still didn’t take accountability for everything she did to get where she is. She couldn’t even say Kaylin’s name. She referred to her as a smaller Canadian content creator. No sympathy from me.
