Regarding her dropping Koze and putting it under the Jaclyn Roxanne umbrella: Why couldn't she just do that from the beginning? Is it some sort of tax loophole to have every single thing under a different business? It just doesn't make any sense to me why she would go through this whole ordeal only to put the products under a different business that she already had

I wear a lot of sterling silver jewelry but almost all of my pieces were under $20-30, mostly bought from Etsy. Sterling silver will inevitably tarnish eventually, but all of mine have taken months to notice any difference, and I frequently wear them to shower and wash my hands. The fact that Jaclyn not only made the ridiculous claim that hers wouldn't tarnish, but that they tarnished THAT FAST, is wild lmao. It's not even expensive to make silver jewelry that takes a while to tarnish. (also, tip for anyone who wears silver and wants to get rid of tarnish - silver polishing/cleaning cloths work wonders and last for years)

Jaclyn Hill keeps talking about wanting to be a business woman but all her business practices have been unethical or inadequate. She wants to be CEO and a creative producer but she doesn't want to put in the work. Like, I don't know anyone else that keeps screwing over their fans and still has their undying loyalty. At this point, I have lost all sympathy for Jaclyn Hill fans. They're asking to be scammed if they keep supporting her when she hasn't even earned back anyone's trust yet.
@ashsomething1886
@ashsomething1886 Жыл бұрын
Thats whats interesting in her, that she REALLY loves the title of CEO and Business owner but what she excels at is the creative director area(for makeup). You can hate her but still admit that she does have an eye for colors thats so rare; that's one criticisms that no one ever have for her launches that all shades are ALWAYS complementary and works so well together and separated. The fact some people (e.g. Samantha Ravendale(?)) still searching for dubes of her lipsticks shades and use some even after the mess because they were THAT good of shades.

@@ashsomething1886I don’t think she has much of a creative eye actually. I think she got popular because she made decent make up tutorials in video format when that wasn’t heavily popularized yet. Before that women used magazine articles and word of mouth.

when you mentioned the cost of your glasses I had a whole moment because I FEEL YOUR PAIN. I also have a ridiculous astigmatism+ glasses prescription, and my glasses cost 600+ with the bulk of that being lenses because I have to get the funky compact material lenses for my ridiculous prescription. I don't know if yall got costco or if it'd be cheaper for you, but it's funny (sad) that in my experience, I can get my prescription done at costo with no insurance coverage for $160. But if I go anywhere that accepts my insurance, it's $500-600 after insurance??? It's also a bummer that the online glasses shops like Zenni can't/don't do extreme prescriptions like mine, last I checked. All this to say, I hate when I'm due for new glasses and I hate that they're so expensive. Also I hate that optical insurance is garbage.

Sodium hypochlorite and ammonia creates chlorine gas (a green cloud) which was used in WWI. Sulphur mustard is different but also used in WWI. My personal example of unique synergy is c0caine metabolism in the liver in the presence of ethan0l, the normal hydrolysis of the former uses ethan0l instead of a water molecule and creates cocaethylene completely de novo and it’s 50x more cardiotoxic.

The fast way she speaks is a huge red flag for my interpersonal relationships. Like she's trying to say so much you can't even keep up. I get easily overestimated and when people talk like this when giving information or directions I cannot keep up. It's like a baby manipulative tactic IMO

I LOVE a nice long video that goes in depth and is factual with well spoken opinions!!! Def following you 😊😊😊 also, I work in optometry and decent progressive lenses ALONE start at ATLEAST 360 dollars so yes, glasses are NOT cheap but well worth it to see properly! Love those frames on you! I also recommend a different blue filter on the lens called “prevencia” if Canada has that, it is AMAZING for the computer screen!! I look forward to more of your videos! ❤❤❤

Jaclyn lies about the previous lies she’s told. Or she just ignores it because she wants to move on and forget it. She also lied about owning her brand, which is actually owned by Morphe. She still lies about that, even though the court documents prove she just licensed her name. Edit- don’t ever wear jewelry in the shower. Whether it’s cheap or expensive, jewelry doesn’t like to be worn in water.

Someone else probably already said this, but the two dots over a vowel is called an umlaut in English I think. That's the only thing I've heard it referred to as, but that might just be the German word for it.

I was subscribed to Kalyn Nicholson for years and years, and I'm kind of tired of everyone bringing up the Koze thing like they care about her and it's an obvious score for their cause. I don't like Jaclyn either, but Kalyn chose to start and run a business for YEARS without trademarking it, and there are a lot of brands with versions of "cozy" in the name, Kalyn did not invent that. She didn't cover her own bases in spite of having the resources, and business is business. She was so busy "being a vibe" that she ignored she was a business. Sometimes life is harsh. It isn't another business's responsibility to teach them that, or make what they feel are worse decisions for themselves out of courtesy. We sometimes forget common sense when we build a case against someone unlikable. The same happened with Gabbie Hannah - don't like her either, but some of the things people got hung up on were just arguing for the sake of arguing.

I'm honestly shocked that Jaclyn has totally gotten away with lying about Jaclyn Cosmetics. She has literally said for YEARS that she is the only investor, she is the only owner, it's a family brand, an indie brand, etc. When in reality Jaclyn owns 0% and has put $0 into, and she is just the face of the brand. I heard the new owners of Morphe and all the morphe brands actually declined jaclyns contract payment amount😂 it would be karma if she got kicked off as the face of the brand 🤷‍♀️

I’m sorry but my Shein jewelry I’ve had for a year is still shiny, still looks gold, and hasn’t turned my skin green. Like she’s a multi millionaire she can afford to make high quality jewelry made out of sterling silver or 14k gold, like she’s got no excuses to make the same shit you can get on Alliexpress or Shein. My second thing that boils my blood is I HATE the fact that she is STILL demonizing Jon! That shit she was saying about her username and how she wanted it to be Jaclyn Roxanne but JON was the one (and she said it in a very degrading and almost controlling way) who made her change it to Jaclyn Hill, aka she made it seem like he wanted to force her to put his last name on her stuff and have her “always have ties to him”. I hate that shit so much, every since Jon has passed away she has done nothing but belittle and shit on and blame him for his death (as well as that bullshit with Dustin, Nick, and Rich) that’s disgusting and she is just the most hideous which I have ever seen because of her slimy, gross, personality and if you still support this woman you better stop saying you support women, the lgbtq+ community, and you hate capitalism because that is all Jaclyn stands for.

Jaclyn’s problem is that she wants to be regarded and toted in the high-end space without having to do the work to earn it but thinks she can gain it by propagating to her audience, gaslight the general public everytime she effs up and step on her colleagues to get to the top
