Furthermore, I think I would take the new QX80 over anything the Germans are offering especially in regards to interior layout. Infiniti actually put some effort into making the interior look like a nice place to be unlike BMW and Merc where they just stuck a screen onto the dashboard/center console and called it a day. Take a look at the 2005 Ford Expedition (3 row SUV), which cost half of this Infiniti, and will outlast it.

To add to that, an unstressed V8 will last forever. A smaller engine having to haul around a large vehicle will be stressed, and forced induction will make it worse.
@BoldBrandFlakes9 сағат бұрын
To be fair manufacturers are preferring smaller displacement engines because of emissions as well. It’s not always about mpg.

YES! Why don't more cars have dashcams built in? The tech is ridiculously cheap, and if it were integrated from the factory on most cars, that'd make it incredibly convenient.
@brianiswrong10 сағат бұрын
I have wondered this aswell. Maybe pressure from software manufacturers who also support dash cams as a stand alone purchase to stop car manufacturers stopping all the extra sales.
@jeffs60909 сағат бұрын
Just like the digital rear view camera mirror. It should be on every vehicle. Some may not like them because the depth perception is off. I get that, but many times, it's difficult to see out the back. People in the back seats, stuff in the rear of an suv, or sloped rear end coupe style vehicles all make it hard to see so a camera mirror is better than not seeing. Plus, the people that complain obviously don't realize you can just turn it to a regular mirror and then stop complaining. They can make it more of a 3D image giving depth. There just needs to be two cameras next to each other instead of the one. That would be easy.

This price is insane considering people complaining luxury EVs are too expensive like the $90k-$100k R1 Rivian or the $110k Hummer EV. I don;t want to hear that EVs are too expensive while ICE cars like this exist.
@bwofficial177610 сағат бұрын
EVs are too expensive. This has double the range of an EV and can tow without having to stop for a recharge every hour. This has more than just a screen to control everything. This one's price is justified.

I'm glad some automakers are putting their headlights lower on the bumpers for their taller vehicles. This means I'm less likely to be blinded by them in my 03 miata as they cross the double yellow line on a turn.
