I hate to be the erm ackshually guy here but the aim-9P-4 has the same fuse delay as the R-60 0.5 seconds but unlike the R-60 with starts turning 0.15 seconds before the fuse is active. The aim-9 only starts turning after the fuse is active. the aim-9L's fuse has a 1.8 second delay.

The fuel consumption thing is because you're at altitude, where you produce less thrust, using less fuel. That's true for most planes

You showed me life begins again further in, and I'm happily grinding away TTAA. I'm also running anonymous/auto-name to help you confuse the top clan "hunters". Next time you're looking for a decoy clan, I'd like to offer you use of ATHNA. We're new and small and already have a funny vowel man imposter/imitator, so you might get extra confusion/underestimation from VPO/ITRA (I haven't seen any FUUD players in a long while, did they all mass downtier or something?)

I would say that the Aim9P4 is the second worst all aspect missile in the game, because the R60M exists.
