Very happy with the new Blood Angel captain and the sanguinary guard. Ditto for Lemartes and Astorath. Sanguinor is decent, the Sanguinary Guard meh ... but parts can easily be added to them to make them look like the older SG. Pretty easy. So overall, nice refreshes!

Where the Sanguinary Guard are concerned, they are a sculpt that NEEDS to be improved by the hobbyist. When I do kitbashes and conversions, its because I **WANT** to do something different. but the new SG models NECESSITATE this. I'll admit, the little time I've been in the hobby, I've never seen such a rejection of a new model kit. We shouldn't HAVE to go out and get 3D printed bits to improve official sculpts. The overall sanitization of 40k is weird and troubling.

Primaris are horrible. Every "refresh" is a huge money grab.

I like Primaris just fine. The only issue is that GW is going to an extreme with them and robbing 40k in its entirety of a unique brand of scifi flavour that they will never be able to recapture.
