Guys I have a prediction for Middleton Beanies punishment for his next challenge. well... where do i start? First of all you need to focus on learn the matchups since you gave kat an optimal scenario where she can harass you as well as you kept walking into her daggers. Secondly fizz mains go one of two routes in most cases : - The stay in lane route where you capitalize on guaranteed gold from cs under tower and potentialy getting a solo kill by enemy messing up, or by a gank (most of the time mango fish goes for this style) - The second route is the perma har shove to harass enemy jungler and roam in case the enemy oponent can't hard shove so he gets conflicted between sacrificing cs to flip a fight or staying in lane and risk tilting his teamates which will make 90% of oponent mess up. In the mid game if you are ahead aim for enemies that are isolated and jump on them from fog of war or hard shove a sidelane since fizz has enough mobility to escape most cases. However if you are behind in mid game keep perma fighting since you'll never win by playing safe at that point. if you have 1 and half item to 3 three items you can guarantee at least a kill on any squishy target but always pay attention to enemy cooldowns like lulu W and ult ,liss ult, blitz E (since it cancels your E) ... etc. especially since your mechanics need some work. For builds either go for lich bane first in case you are behind follow it by either shadow flame or luden's (since when you are behind it doesn't matter much if you survive but it matters more is to get some bounties to make a comback). The other option is going with as many fiendish codex items as possible start with cosmic drive followed by malignance, horizon focus or nashor's tooth depending on if you are going for split push or assassinations then cryptobloom or zhonya's depending on the game state. other than this you should practice your Q through minion + ult combo as well as E through the walls and the Q+AA+W since you keep messing it up. For your ult you'll get used to it in time since it is only a matter of trial and error so don't get too fixated on it. Well, i said my piece whether you take it or not is up to you and goo luck on the grind.
