From Nixon and Kissinger's landmark visit in 1971 to the initial significant US investment in China by Coca Cola, and the Clinton administration's “hush hush” entry into the World Trade Organization (WTO) shortly after China's human rights violations in Tiananmen Square - the West has engaged in trillions of direct investments without the chance to review a single financial statement. Despite years of lip service, actions often contradict words. Inviting them as VIPs to your panel, please refrain from blaming them for bullying the world, in many ways, the West has invited such behavior.
