i just got mine yesterday and had a few issues right out of the box. I had to replace the regulator o-rings, both were flat and leaked air out faster than my compressor could fill it, secondly the spring power adjuster was to far in and emptied the air tank as soon as you fired it(acted like you were degassing it), Once i fixed those issues, its working great. Also you will want a moderator, It's loud. I also got the Buck Rail moderator and it works great.

An absolutely outstanding review JC!! The first Gauntlet caught my eye instantly - and the G2 did the exactly same thing. I would not mind to own a G2 in .25cal myself - since anyone 18yo and above can buy any airgun up to .25cal over here in Finland (no power limit) without any additional paper work hazzle with the authorities. This .30cal performed phenomenally - but I have no hunting needs myself. That red bull was totally gone with three shots in the accuracy segment - which was ridiculously sweet!🤣👍🏻 I would not hesitate to pay €500 for a G2 if I'd find one for sale (and had the cash🤣)... Thanks for this way sweet review! All the best and a happy 4th of July (eventuallly)!

The Gauntlet is a powerhouse! This is a hunter's dream. I also have the original Gauntlet in .22 caliber. It is incredibly accurate and has a large shot count. It has similar accuracy as the Kratos.
