Your tutorial is great and you did a great job on it but still doesn't answer my question. Do you have any suggestions for the following? We have have used Google calendar for over 2 years sharing and making changes to our calendars. In the last month or so we lost the ability to see each other's calendars. We re-set everything. I am able to add an event to my colleague's calendar and see that event but I am unable to see all of his other events. It is sporadic at best of what items I can see but I need to see all of his events on his calendar. Can you help me? Thanks

how do you make your "tiny" calendar (upper left corner) to display a bold number if you have an event on that day. For example, if you have something on the June 7th, the number 7 in June is bold. My calendar is always in plain text. I'm wondering if the number can change colors (not just be in bold text). Thanks

Thanks a lot. Great explanation. Question: If I wanna use Google Calendar as a Social Media Content Strategy Calendar for, let's say, a musician, I want to include some pictures or videos. Is there any way to show pictures in the calendar, or it only shows written text? An option could be to click "More Options" in an event to customize it, and in that new window that pops up and looks like a new-email window, attach the picture or video. But that option is not very visual, you don't see the "media" "at first sight." So, my question is, is there any way to include media in the calendar? Again, thanks a lot!

Do you know how I can change the default reminders time? It's "30 minutes before," and that's usually cool, but I also really want all my events to give me a notification right when an event starts. I could--and probably will--do it manually if there's no other choice (at least, until I find a better alternative to Google Calendar), but that's very inconvenient considering the 5-10+ events I make each day.

Can you make video on accepting calendar invitations and then correcting the hour and sending / sharing the updated info to everybody else? I had a very bad experience that it only corrected on my calendar - in spite having editing rights on the google cal event someone sent to me - but the corrected hours, were only in my calender and not updated in the cals of all the others.... everybody arrived at the wrong time.

Yes, you can click the side where it lists all your calendars, and click the 3 dots. There it will show the option to share a calendar, which will share all the events on that calendar with the specified person.

I have MANY sub-calendars, thus as you pointed out, to focus on a specific one, I sometimes click the "Display THIS Calendar ONLY" option. (Thus, when adding multiple new, applicable events, each new event defaults to THIS sub-calendar, thus I don't need to manually scroll down the list!) Once done, that option should toggle to "Display ALL Calendars" ... but doesn't. Thus, we need to click each Calendar individually to re-display them. Is there a work-around for this? (IF NOT, can you pass this "common sense" enhancement along to Google developers you may have an "in" with? THX!)

Great if you want fixed time slots. What about a meeting time at say 4.10pm? The old calendar would let you change it in the time box. Not found a solution to this as yet? Edit - Found Solution! You need to type in the time format fully using '' : '' between the numbers. Hope this helps others.
