It's a really good overview, but it didn't hit on what my boss wants me to do: add a meeting within a meeting, e.g: a meeting scheduled from 4 to 5 pm, could you add so-and-so to come in specially at 4, and then the other so-and-so to come in at 4:30? I was able to email these so-and-sos with their meeting times, etc, but it's not showing up on my boss's calendar. Unless I missed this feature, I'm going to have to keep looking. :(

Anson we are having trouble with the recipient seeing and responding to an G invite. No trouble with those that use gmail, however Hotmail seems to be an issue. Also noticing those on iphones may think they are responding YES NO MAYBE, but it is NOT showing on our calendar. Can you share any light on these issues. 2nd issue, when making changes to an existing invite. IE. Calendar subject might be marked TENTATIVE date for meeting, Then we come back and confirm the invite by taking the existing invite "TENTATIVE" and changing it to CONFIRMED. We then send out the invite again. This should should confirm all of those the responded that they were available and am now simply sending them a confirmation. Is this the proper way to do this?

Your video is very informative. I have a question: Is there a way to create a master calendar ie: family, and then sub calendars: kid 1, kid 2, so that if you look at the family calendar it will automatically show you all the kid 1 and kid 2 activities? or do you have to have access to kid 1 and kid 2? Looking for a way to have multiple individuals add items to a calendar but make it simple to share a master version of the calendar. Any ideas would be welcome

I think the ability to group and ungroup calendars and / or a hierarchy feature might solve this for you but as to my knowledge there isn't currently a way to do that. You will have to display and hide each calendar individually as far as I know.
