New builds are cool but hate having to do all the warranty work in a year. So premature of me to say but I can't wait for your new-new garage. Thats something that I've been building in my head for about a year now.

Haha. I asked the lawn guy the same thing when they were laying it the week before. He explained it's a specific type of Bermuda or something special and assured me it will turn green in the spring. And yes, I have a 1 year warranty on everything so come next May if it's still like that I'll be making a phone call.

It is. It's a future project. Halfway through the build I took complete pictures & video of all of the rooms for stud locations & electric tie in etc.

Hah. I got home in a hurry & had my company hat on (not trying to have it associated with my channel). I didn't want to fix my hair & my cool hats were packed up. 🤷🏼‍♂️
