My church is at LAKOWE golf estate street and they bought the land 2019 every places around LAKOWE was bush now is far developed , I believe u pass LAKOWE , lagos is developing so fast , funny enough most of the estate would have sold more than 70% of their lands this place give it 3 yrs the transformation will shock people just like LAKOWE

Hey guys, thank you for taking us along. I am a Nigerian American looking to retire back home in the nearest future. I started following real estate in Epe and Ibeju Lekki about 6 to 8 years ago. I honestly fet like it was just mere stories and that nothing was going to come out of all the real estate hype. 8 years later the hype has come true with the Dangote refinery, and other huge development in that axis. And I am thinking that in another 8 years, anyone who hasn’t invested in something will be wishing they did. You’ve got a new subscriber watching from the United States.

Great development. Thats one of my best axis of Lagos, more or less an "hidden gem"😊

Its hard to imagine that lakowe exist because the majority of our imagination is what that eleko junction looks like. Thats what a lot of people saw growing up till this day, places like lakowe or lekki is almost foreign to us.

Yo, my brother! I love your family. I love ❤️ the fact that you're allowing your daughter to have a part in the program. The prospect of the potential growth of Epe, Lekki and the environs is very good. You didn't provide any phone number though. Looking forward to more videos. Keep up the good work 💪! Peace ✌️!

I love roasted corn on the cob😀 thank you for sharing what is happening in Epe, I have also invested all the way from England. I don’t want to miss the opportunity as it is already becoming unaffordable. Love what I am seeing already. Lots of positive energy from England. ❤️😊🙏🏾

I am happy to see your family is happy over your choice to stay in Epe over Lekki. The recent flooding is making me have a rethink over the Lekki corridor entirely. I think Epe is a better choice as of today.

@ebiadele-abodedele1575 You won a fan in me because I am firm believer in what you are doing - building a life and thriving in Africa. I have been seeing some KZbin videos in which some people arrogantly claim that they can’t live in Nigeria after spending a few decades overseas because they can no longer “adjust” to the life back home. But here you are, with a family raised in the UK and now blending easily in Nigeria despite the sociocultural differences between the two countries. By the way, the videos of aunty driving on the highway, interacting with the Caribbean community and shopping at the local market were really interesting. The mental healing that comes from such activities is priceless. Congratulations again on your relocation. Keep exploring; keep having fun. I did the same thing and I didn’t regret it.

👍🏿👍🏿Nice video. I need to come and visit the Epe axis for a long weekend. Personal as someone who recently retired back to Lagos it was between Epe or Badagry. Badagry won it for me as I also love visiting Benin Republic and Togo, while at the sometime I also enjoy loafing on a beach On the snack front its "African Gala" for me - Rosted plantain and roasted groundnuts😂😂😂

@user-qe2xt7yp7t, first, there easy individual solutions to the problems of water and electricity now. Install solar power system and a borehole in your house. No power cut, no bills! Secondly those who are living there now have not died because there is 24 hour electricity and water. There is always excuse for people cannot do something.

Who tells you nothing is going on water and electricity? You fools will glue to your computer and be telling people hearsay. I don't live in Lagos but enjoy all these things in Port Harcourt. I don't know how you lots see Nigeria from the UK.
