I'm a big fan of Venia but I can see the Petent potential. Instead of wasting a ton of money on traveling, you could get there in a snap and the taxi service is cheap but it can add-up. I'm not a legendary player but if I could just snap or have a friend snap me to Thorian and I didn't have cursed enchant (or I was a stultus speed demon), I wouldn't have to worry about those cess anomalies.

@@adogewithwifi1652 I really wanted Venia because I saw the advantage of being freely able to acquire any relic you want as long as you sold lesser relics. You could farm so many Yar thuls and cash in for an Anklet. No longer you need to rely on RNG to get a specific relic as long as you get a bunch of relics. If you don't have people to do MV or Thorian, its a bit more appealing.

For me it’s Petent > Venia. While yes, the gate ability is pretty much just free fast travel at first glance. The fact that you can get to anywhere in the map as long as you know the name of the places. This would be convenient for getting to the DW trainer, the Berserker trainer, any of the bosses, the Lifesong pillar as well as the accessory upgrader. Basically every place that’s risky to get to without it. Something people seem to forget is that the artifact shop is only useful if you were already farming for artifacts. Yes, it would be useful for the Amorus race. Yes it would be useful to get a specific artifact that you need to complete a build or reset your stats/soul trees. But that’s ALL it’s good for. The usefulness of a teleport is heavily overlooked for the convenience of a market that you can access whenever you want as long as you have the currency for it.

For me its the venia ability i heard that u have an ability to lose 15% hp for 80% stat boost on a random stat

I don't know the full way of obtaining Petent to get Rima, but it is confirmed that once you do meet all Petent requirements that you DO have to wipe to actually obtain the mark and Rima ability.

Tested and tried venia method: 25k gold for all steps, get Midas, sell every pseudo arti, there will be 4 orbs, sacrifice artifacts to them until you have all the soul quiver messages, wipe with 25k

Give arti’s to the orbs till they give the “soul quivers” message or until they disappear? Because the orbs don’t disappear after the message and u can still give them arti’s.

Btw as someone who knows both obtainments, its stated that once 10 people gain each mark the difficulty of obtainment is increased, so on tenfold.
