Court storming in college basketball is 100% going to be strongly enforced in a few years because of stuff like this. That being said, that Duke player looked like he was trying to trip that fan by putting his leg out like that and both arms in front of him to push him. I'd say the blame between the player and the fan is 50/50. Also, those jerseys are just like with any new kind of merchandise nowadays; Cheaply made and higher priced... People should protest these jerseys by not buying them. Some might, but I doubt that will happen with the majority of fans sadly.
