I understand that's not what we expected or wanted. But you must understand that even doing that in a game, especially in 2024, is very expensive. They are releasing this game for a reason and it's very likely to do well. So therefore, if more people like the game and continue buying it, we will have sequels and new games from the Monsterverse. And even a free-roam game where we could play as the monsters.

Thr thing is, godzilla is supposed to br on the overworked while kong for the under. Going off what we see with the new empire movie, godzilla doesn't let these kaiju do what they want. So this kinda makes as much sense as godzilla being the main character in the hollow earth. If this was before the new empire movie it would have made maybe more sense, but after the movie kinda makes this cannon game kinda unofficial

I understand how you feel and know what youre saying, but at the same time you and other fans still fully dont understand the actual reason why legendary started off with this kind of game for the MV. Just to explain... the real reason why legendary decided to start off with a game like this is because theyre trying to do something new and creative while beginning at a easy start...plus the studios know for a fact that if they created a whole new installment featuring godzilla, kong, and the other monsters all in one game first, it would cause problems such as... 1. Godzilla along with Mothra,Rodan, ghidorah, and Mechagodzilla are all owned by toho and need to ask for their permission, since they are strict about their characters. 2. The game would be too expensive and take alot of hard work. 3. If the game ends up failing it would possibly cause an affect to their budget. See my point... so clearly legendary is starting off small before they could expand to go big, besides theres already a whole bunch of kaiju games where get to play as the monsters such War Of Monsters, Dawn Of The Monsters, GigaBash, and including Godzilla save the earth/ PS4 ETC. And lets be real....not all kaiju games always have to be about giant monsters fighting eachother and upgrading themselves to be bigger, its better off to let the kaiju genre have different themes and settings whenever it comes to making video games that features them. Like look how the jurassic park franchise create their games for example, they dont always have fighting style games where dinosaurs kill eachother...but have survival games filled with unique stories, lore and mysteries that ties a connection with the film series same with the alien, Marvel, and DC games. Which what legendary is trying to do for the MV instead of repeating the same old mortal kombat route for each monster game, plus you have to acknowledge and remember that they're just getting started with the franchise so give it time🔥💯.

I understand you 100% (rant incoming) I get that Kong reigns supreme when it comes to the box office. And is considered “the hero/protagonist of the monster verse” (supposedly said by Adam Wingard), but they shouldn’t keep milking his success. Give the fans more titans that aren’t Kong or Godzilla, like Rodan, Mothra, Methuselah, Behemoth, all of the KOTM titans and just plenty new ones. And THEN have Kong come back into the spotlight more powerful than ever or something. Like perhaps he’s been in hollow earth so long that he’s gotten bigger, stronger and has thicker hide. They could’ve made up for the design by making it bigger, but the size is pretty underwhelming too. For Abaddon’s bio it said “No Titan is safe” so I expected it to feel like a threat, which made this titan more disappointing when I saw its overall design. But I assumed Abaddon’s bio was just for marketing purposes.
