Mr. Compress was buffed in the most recent My Hero Ultra Rumble patch and today I’m checking him out. After playing with him for a bit I really enjoy the additional gamma he gets and think it gives him some really strong repositioning capably. Game 1 Iida knocking the first Dabi away, letting him self-rez, taking so long to think of sharing rez cards, and then trying to do a finisher on a downed Dabi... all before rage quitting when he ran himself into the middle of the whole lobby and got whopped. That's probably a very honorable Iida, considering he didn't gamma glitch!

Yeah if he gets it off there’s no stopping it. But the gamma still fortunately lacks armor so a lot of moves knock him out of it and make him drop the teammate

Fun fact: everything momo and twice do can be reflected by the beta except momo's shield and the second part of twices gamma. He can for what ever reason reflect a clone spawn. In other words, compress HARD COUNTERS them

Of the characters I hate seeing in final circle I will admit that I hate seeing Cementoss the most. The only times I've ever won against him in final circle were either heal offs or some freak accident, and those did not feel like victories.

See, me personally, I'm a huge Compress main. This certainly wasn't the buff I was hoping for on his Gamma, but it's definitely a huge start! Having two Gammas gives Compress insane chase potential, and by just randomly using your Gamma straight into the air, you can get a really high vantage point on everything! Fun fact: Compress trucks DONT have range if they're being thrown straight down. You can drop Carpet-Truck bombs on any unsuspecting player! I personally also use it to cover the gaps to a fighting teammate, and like a true magician, MAGICALLY appear to their aid! It's an escape tool, but also your CRAZY mobility

As a compress main the buff was a major game changer. I usually get alpha to level 7, stop leveling it and then focus on gama level 9 then usually make it to last team standing.
