Cyborg was actually supposed to look like Cyborg from the Justice League. All cybernetic builds have a similar build when it comes to the arms for upmost quality is movement. That's why it looks so much like Genos. Including that circle on the back of both of its arms. Its preserved as a backup booster so it opens up and shoots out an unbelievably strong blast which shoots you out is any direction increasing momentum. Its the boosters blast which gives that we see alot in this specific character. Genos also used it to evade a lot of attacks. For example, Garou. But this still is pretty inspired by Genos.

Genos is more rare when it comes to cyborg appearance because his cyborg parts are covered with clothes, his small (compared to other cyborgs) frame, and not modified enough that his appearance are still on the human side that only his arms and eyes are the only cyborg part you will see. Most cyborgs either look like a robot-human (mostly robot like appearance) hybrid or completely looks like human except for some minor details. Yes im trying to say that it looks like recolored Genos

The effects are similar because the character that is inspired is similar ( One, the creator of one punch man, said that Genos was inspired by Cyborg from TTG ) but the character is truly amazing and different, people like you who just stops with graphics are disgusting to me.... Ion Shot "similar" to genos' 4th m1 ( inspired by cyborg from TTG again ) have a truly different design and just match up perfectly with project smash. It's not like a dumb copy it has some idea with it like set knockback. After Burner "similar" to genos' 2 is a one part move, to use the full move you need to use your 3 / OVERDRIVE 1 and can be also used to combo extend at low percent. Anyways I do not wanna waste 1 hour writing an essay about that so i'm just gonna leave you with this text, cya disgusting guy !

Sovereign Conquest: Aims down with a bazooka and launches themselves upward. In mid-air, provides a replica fourth jump. The projectile it launches CAN SPIKE. @@TempBlue-EB7559 If you meant Knight’s Advance, yes but actually no. I’d say that Samurai is like Knight in almost every way, which was indirectly my design, but I’m glad it turned out that way. Unsheathe is more like a empowered m1 type of move, rather than instant, so it requires two inputs compared Knight’s Advance only needing one input. In general, while Knight is punishing in aggression, the Samurai is punishing in giving the user enough time. And out with another rant I go Xd

Tbh I think cyborg got good potential, you can do some good combo if you lock on and it has good recovery plus if the enemy doesn’t know how to dodge the lock on 3 then it a free combo extender and you can at least turn off overdrive while being attacked which is better than not being able to turn it off while being attacked and you can also m1 during the 2nd attack which is a close range attack then a dash which if you didn’t know you can m1 during it which I didn’t know which is honestly pretty good after I found out since I didn’t know about that fact until i fought someone who knew about that

Cyborg seems like a character you very much have to be aggressive with to accomplish anything, which I appreciate in a game belonging to a genre where literally 3/4 of the games in it are parry simulators where if you just wait longer you basically take the W. The devs did way better with this than with Valkyrie, there's a clear goal with Cyborg and none of it's skills or passives actively harm the goal it's trying to reach. I think having bad recovery is a good balance, since fighting a really good Cyborg is probably a nightmare and running isn't really an option with the Overdrive passive. It's so insane that this game is relatively new in the up and coming arena fighter kind of clique of Roblox games and it's already ten times better balance and progression wise than Combat Warriors ever was.
