I’m not sure how many people have a Kamado Joe KettleJoe, but the Slow N Sear made for a 22” Weber works perfectly in a KettleJoe. It sits right on top of the fire basket and it’s ceramic inserts. If the charcoal basket is a similar size in either the Classic or Big Joe, it should also work in there as well. I don’t have the Drip N Griddle, but it may also fit just right atop the charcoal basket.

Hi Dave, I just saw the new SnS Low profile pictured in a grill, and I would like to ask if you could use the metal grate pictured in the bottom of the SnS Low profile in the rest of your SnS line-up ?? The uniform squares pictured would seem to me to keep the burning charcoal " on the job" for a longest period of time, and allow the unused charcoal to be easily scooped up to be used another time. Just my thoughts...

That’s a cool system for the BGE, but I’m curious as to why SNS Grills hasn’t released a single video about their own new SNS Grills Kamado Gen 2! I would love to watch a video of this new Kamado and all it’s new features compared to the Gen 1…let’s go SNS Grills! Get’r done!

The Meathead “dry brine” rub is a little low on salt? I ordered some but assume it has enough salt for the dry brine process where additional salt is not needed correct?

Depends on taste. I like more salt for big hunks of meat. It's much better to need to add salt than to have a rub that's too salty.

What Dave says. I use it on burgers and it has enough salt for that. I have used it as a dry brine before (any of the 2 others as well) and for actual dry brining I find it needs more salt. Just used as something to shake on then grill immediately, I find it is pretty good. Chicken breasts, pork chops, etc. I don't always have time to dry brine something.
