So glad you said that about the turn signal button. Ive also NEVER hit the menu button instead. Its a dumb criticism by others that must be completely not paying attention to anything they are doing. Fabulous bike the Tiger!

I currently have the very first GT Explorer in the USA. I traded my 2020 Triumph 1200 XCX back in March. In August, while I was taking delivery of my 2022 Triumph Speed Triple RR, my 2023 Triumph 1200 Tiger GT Explorer arrived the same day. I got 2 brand new bikes in 1 day!!!!

Great video. Lusting over the bike. Can’t wait to be able to get one in a couple of years perhaps. Trade up from my Versys 650. Nice to see Western Australia, too. Greetings from New England in the US.

Enjoyed the review mate. I’ve just sold my GS and bought the Rally Pro. Both bikes are great. Loving the Tigers quickshifter and growl 🍻

Ye it really is a nice bike for sure, the quick shifter is superb, I'm sticking with my GS for now but there's not much between the two of them. (Thanks for watching and hopefully you've subscribed, as it's FREE and it greatly helps the channel grow👍 )

@@awesomeagnihotrisvlog GS has better low down torque but I don’t miss it. The Triumph is a more engaging ride IMO 🍻

This is a bike I'm seriously interested in, my problem here in England is finding a decent dealership willing to let me demo the bike for a decent length of time. My local dealer said 30 minutes max and I told him it wasn't long enough so didn't actually ride it. The irony is I live only a few miles from the Hinckley Triumph factory!

Oh that must be really frustrating, all I can say that might be of some help is that it's a really hard bike to fault. I really like the Triumphs, they've certainly got their act together these days and are producing some fantastic machinery. I can't speak for everyone, but I think you'd be hard pressed not to love it (good luck with whatever you decide) ....... oh and thanks for watching !

I currently have a speed triple with the 'normal' firing triple engine and love the motor but am now finding my aging bones don't suit the riding position like they used to. With that in mind I recently demo'd the GT Pro with a serious view to buying one. I've seen a number of videos complementing the T-plane crank and I seem to be in a minority of 1 of not liking it. To me, used to the smooth normal triple, the T-plane made the bike feel agricultural by introducing vibrations all through the rev range and it completely turned me off the bike. Now, as I understand it Triumph introduced the T-plane to assist with low speed control off-road being an adventure bike and all but like the GS I'd wager 90% would be used road only for covering large distances. This is what I want it for. If Triumph brought out a version without the T-plane crank then I'd take another look. A shame really as in all other respects, like you said, it's a very good motorcycle.

Hi Peter, yes I see what your saying and to a large degree I agree, but for some reason it didn't bother me and even stranger as I mentioned in the vid, I currently own a 1250 GS Adventure, which is most definitely "agricultural" but some how it just seems to fit with the bike and I love it ... we're strange creatures aren't we LOL Maybe give a GS a go, I would never have even considered one till I rode one, they are quite unique. (Thanks for watching though and hopefully you've subscribed, as it's FREE and it greatly helps the channel grow).

@@Carlshandlebarsandholidays Already subscribed, I like your clear no-nonsense approach and wish you the best for the channel. Yup, each to their own mate but I definitely can't live with that crank. Am thinking of demo'ing the 900 GT Pro to see if the lesser spinning engine mass cuts down on the vibrations. If not and I can't live with that either then I'll probably plump for a soft top car for distance and a Bonneville T120 for lane pootling. I won't get a GS, not because it's ubiquitous but because I don't like the look or the sound of the boxer motor despite its inherent advantages.

@@petera1586 I have risen the 900 GT Pro and maybe it was a touch smoother (honestly can't really remember, it was a while ago). The T120 is a superb bike I've reviewed one and really liked it, in fact I've considered one for myself several times. A couple of mates of mine have recently bought Multistrada V4S's (which I haven't ridden yet) but they both say it was the "smoothness" that won them over, maybe give that a go ?

@@Carlshandlebarsandholidays Whatever bike I get will be my only and probably last. Thanks for the V4S recommendation but the more I think about it the more I'm leaning towards the T120 solution as the daily runabout. I just need to find some stylish waterproof panniers I can put on it for the occasional longer journey.

Sounds like a plan, the T120’s a lovely “all round” bike.
