Bought it some weeks ago on PC, but same story. Insym was the guy who made me play this. Quick tip: try to learn no evidence challenge as soon as possible. The rewards are insane, and the ability to know ghosts just by behavior is truly rewarding.❤

Let me tell you! starting out on amateur with tier 1 everything no crucifix, no smudge, and no sanity pills. Add that I only have Insym videos for experience. Trying to live on blood moon maps is HARD!

Oh yes, the sanity drainage. I was correct about it, and for our playthroughs, we used a candle to break first. Identify the ghost. There are extra objectives for three and, lastly, pictures of the totems.

I have a ghost idea. Comes from local Puertorican legends. El Jacho. A man that burned a cross for a light source as he walked home and god punishes him by telling him he will wander the world finding the ashes of the cross. Until then, he can’t enter heaven. So. The ghost would not trigger cross burns by hunting. Evidence could be anything really. He would be faster in the light for lore purposes. Passive Ability could be that lights don’t flicker during hunts and you can turn lights on or off.

Now we're using del key or enter key with the grab key next to it but after playing for like 3k hours with m1 the game just isn't as fun. I panic trying to put down items on dangerous difficulties and all together i just lost a whole lot of smoothness

I think it will be a random weather effect that we will be able to get on any map. So there will be no decorations, but all the settings from the event (higher ghost speed etc) will be applied if you get the blood rain weather

I think the event as a community thing is whack. Like you don’t even have to get any blood points and get the reward. We could all do 0 and they will still give the rewards cuz they don’t want the design to go to waste

It’s the first time that they’re doing it. It’s not gonna be perfect but it can be a litmus test for future events to see what is actually possible for us as a community to achieve.

I think theyll improve in the future, community events can be fun if there are proper incentives. Giving people rewards for personally reaching a certain amount of points or contributing a certain amount to the overall goal would be a good way to make it so it's still a community wide event, but the people who worked harder for it still feel properly rewarded compared to everyone else. I definitely feel like theyll make changes to it in the future, but as a first run for this kind of event, yeah you can tell its got some growing pains

Sure an event that helps all the console players get a badge is all good but incentivize and reward your committed player base too

This is how any and all community events work in any other game that includes them, lol. You just don't like community events and that's fine, but there's no need to force that preference into the game and prevent other players from enjoying it. And, uh, to your other reply... duh, lol. Any game is going to turn stale after grinding it to absolute completion over obsessive dedication. Games can't have eternal story lines, eternal quests, eternal achievements and eternal unlockables. Once it's finished, it's finished. You can start over if you feel so inclined, or play something else that's new until you grind that to completion as well.
